Not recommended, i took a room & the water facility in bath room is not there.. At the time of checkin.. the receptionist told me... that if any service like tea or something..just give a ring in reception. At the same time - they have purchased from outside from a tea stall & charged rs 40 per tea.. I personally enquired with nearby tea stall... He told me that, the hotel people give just 10 per tea... Balance rs30/ tea- they have from customers... The receptionist ( an aged old man ) is arrogant character the customers.... So if anybody take the room over there.. Pls don't order anything in room.

Good hotel, clean, well maintained. excellent service by the staff. Near to all required places. walkable distance to Vivekananda Point Ferry, Bhagavati Amman Temple, Sunset and Sunrise point, wax museum. on the terrace had a great sunrise view.

I booked through MMT. There were in-house parking facilities which can accommodate 25-30 private vehicles. The Rooms were larger, well-cleaned, Housekeeping was brilliant. The check-in staff were courteous.

Room neat and clean,they are not provided even one litter water bottle there, my booking including breakfast but they have not restaurant in there and they arrenged it from another one nearby. and we walked there for breakfast fast. I booked for a sea view room, but from my room there were no such a good view that is very disappointed

This hotel is very close to the Vivekananda rock. the amenities are nice and the hotel staff are extremely polite. The rooms are a bit old but very spacious. Room aminities not expected as well. seaview not happening at room.. only top end view,that was better.

The hotel is well maintained,neat rooms,good service - only Tea/ Coffee is provided.Near to beach and can see from hotel top floor SunRise and Sun set. Rooms are big and well maintained. Lot of restaurants just outside of Hotel. 5 mts walking distance to Kanyakumari Temple,Ferry service point.Hotel also has good arrangement for driver stay in Bed bunks with Airconditioner in hall. Hotel also helps in site seeing arrangements.

Tariff is very high compared to the facilities provided. Assured of Break fast at the Hotel but a token was provided for some other hotel. Quality of Break fast is very poor.

Hotel has lift, clean washrooms, big rooms with AC, tea coffee 24 hours available. There are many restaurants nearby.

Room and beds are good. Well maintained. Service is good .Any complaint made and same is attended immediately. Wifi is less in strength in the end room. No food is served. Near by lot of good restaurants. Walkable distance to temple and boat house. Car parking available. Family stay rooms are also available. Value for the money spent.

Great Location. All the site seeing places are walkable from the property. Really Value for Money and great hospitality by the staffs.

it was well maintained . all places were nearby for a visit.. supporting reception.. breakfast was good... stayed an additional day as an extended visit to Kerala
