Best things:- I booked this RANI RESIDENCY for 1 day for my Kanyakumari visit. My experience was very good and I felt very happy after reach there. The Staff behaviour was excellent also. Top class Rooms available there in this reasonable Price (800 approx). building is new, neet and clean. I got 1 water bottle, 1 towel and a Soap also with check in time at approx 2100 hrs and Checked Out at 1600 hrs appx in the next day which is best. New Lift present there so there is no issue for taking of luggeges at any flour. Bad Thing:- As I told there is no point to degrade this RANI RESIDENCY but 1 thing I feel was it's location showing in MMT app is wrong. it's not 220 mtr away from Kanyakumari beech road but actually 1 km approx. Overall:- 5 ⭐

The perfect place from which to explore Kanyankumari Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantast.The RANI RESIDENCY is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and site visit. Thank you team MMT

overall good experience, manager and staffs are very friendly. walkable distance you can find the RANI RESIDENCYs . Around 1km boat boarding area and beach from this RANI RESIDENCY . limited car parking available max 4 cars can park inside the premises. wifi not available.

Hotel room is clean and staff is very polite but there is only one problem there is no hot water because i am north indian so i bath daily with hot water otherwise you can choose this RANI RESIDENCY
