Worst stay I ever had... I booked 2bhk room, 1. Geyser not working 2. One of the room AC not working. 3. TV is available but no dish connection. 4. GAS available, but it is locked in grill gate. All the issues we informed to care taker over phone. But he is not available. He told us everytime sending electrician but we did not seen him. Waited till end of our stay. This is very bad service.. room is ok ok only. If you don't have any other choice then you can consider to stay here.

The lady owner of home stay is very polite and helpful. She allow us for early check in without any extra charge. Second thing is stay was very good. We feel there like our home. Stay was clean there are lots of eminity.

For two days i had spent ~rs. 19000, it was worst stay. The bathroom water didn't drain for hours, there were small cockroaches all the places. Kitchen was stinky. There was no tea pouch only coffee packet, i had requested for fresh towels and tea packet on second day as i need early morning tea, which i didn't receive. While checking out the caretaker tells that he has to take care of 3 stays so he didn't have time. Why then per day 9. 5k? it was not worthy stall to get traumatized with cockroaches every now and then in the stay. The amenities said complementary breakfast but we left the hotel at 8. 30 still no breakfast. It came at 9. 30am. No hospitality at all. I don't recommend any family to stay here. The worst experience ever. The room was not cleaned everyday. No toiletries. Tv channels were not coming there was no spoon even to make the tea or coffee. No electric kettle either. In the middle of night if you need hot water go to kitchen and swith on the gas to get traumatized by small cockroaches running through your hand. Total waste of money.

Rooms are clean and neat. A/c is good condition. House keepers are very polite and humble. Overall nice experience.

Perfect homestay, in a reachable place through any medium. Spacious rooms, quality amenities, good assistance, well maintained, even they had ro filter water supply for continuous free supply of drinking water which is really a wow factor. The care taker mrs. Sheela assisted had taken care of us very well. Food need to be pure ordered. It tasted really good and also in affordable price. Overall, a the stay that you will never regret. I had a great experience. I hope everyone who goes there tooo.

First of all this is absolutely a no no place for somebody who came to explore kanyakumari. it doesn’t worth at-all the money u spend. It’s totally a blunder of my decision staying in such property when it comes to explore kanyakumari. Only pros or takeaway point would be the breakfast served but after that depending on swiggy/zomato for your food is a disaster as no good restaurants available for vegetarian traveller. Though the proprietor is well behaved but seems directionless.

The rooms were quite small and there was only one bathroom/toilet for 4 people. Also, the toilet was cleaned superficially and was not befitting a property that charges so much.

Neat and clean house for stay in kanyakumari. They should change the name of room from 2bhk to 1 bhk as it was only room with hall.

Ideal place and very calm location no issues in stay we took luxury room, 3 beds, 2 ac and 1 non ac neatly maintained got one bathroom with in the house one outside - which is little ok one advise, is to just refresh the toilet setting which will give more convenience and hygiene.

It is a home stay in kanyakumari close to sunrise and sunset points. All within 2 to 3 kms. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Has a kitchen with gas and utensils. If needed can make coffee/tea and cook food. The owner is based out of another town and the property is managed by a localites. Washrooms are neat. Overall good and comfortable

Good for stay with all mentioned available facilities with security, cctv and car parking. We can use kitchen where we get groceries and gas stove to use. No restrictions for timmings. Ac facilities, tv and heatre are on working conditions.

Liked : - this place is in residential area of kanyakumari. Easy to locate. - we stayed on ground floor. It has 2 rooms. 3 cots ( one in each room and one in hall. They provided blankets. Ac was working in both rooms. - bathrooms are clean and manageable. - tv, wifi was working. - manager is helpful. Knows tamil, english and hindi. - small shop is available nearby for milk and basic stuff. - memorial is just one km away. - good to accommodate 6-8 adults. - driver's washroom arrangement (was done in some nearby area) also taken care by them which helped us alot. - water filter is available and working. + few observations/dislikes: - one bathroom is outside. It's in the premises only. You may need to walk like 20 steps to reach but it is not inside the house. If there are lot of people and need to access both bathrooms in night, it can be an issue. - there were lot of mosquitoes and no coil was there. - bathrooms did not have anything to sit which can help taking bath. - kitchen is available and can only be used for tea coffee. If you want to prepare own food then it's chargeable. While the charge may be dependent on few things which i am not sure of. Owner quoted 300rs for only gas utilization of one time meal for 5 people. It's obvious that food raw material etc have to be purchased by us. - washing machine available but again chargeable. We were told 100rs for one time uses. - there was no one to help with the luggage while checking in. If someone gets allotted rooms on first floor then it may be an issue as you need to drag luggage on your own. - fans in both rooms were not having regulator. They will always run at highest speed which may not be a comfortable feeling.

They provide you a fully furnished two bedroom flat with ro water, good cleanliness, peaceful environment. People are simple. Not far from tourist spot

I stayed with my family total 15 members. The property was enough to sleep 15 members happily. Such a big villa. Best stay for family. Over all 5 plus rating. Nothing much to say. Simply best home stay.

Location- far from beach garden view- view of neighboring house food- even tea was not included complimentary hygiene- place was clean and hygiene one drawback was the it was 2rk and not 2bhk. There was only one washroom

It's was great experience and more comfortable house.
