Review Of New Cape Hotel

Not a clean place bathroom is very dirty rooms are average mosquitoes everywhere no early check in or late check out . For even 30 min or more late checkout they want to charge you for the whole day . For an additional stay at the average labelled prop I ended up paying 2k extra for 12 hours extra hours stay .

very nice stay at hotel. staff are very cordial. Though my stay was from 12 noon, but they accomodated us at 6 am as we reached there from Rameshwaram by train which reached Kanyakumari at 5 am. Special thanks to Mr. Kennedy.

No Hot water and stool for bath 🚿 bed sheet was wet, blanket and bed sheet was having dirty smell, blanket and bed sheet was having hole.no cupboard no hanger, cattle for hot water not provided no handwash no dental kit a very worst experience though the hotel

Good Stay Clean Room and Washroom near Kanyakumari Rly. station and 1km from Beach and temple. Comfort Bed & Good staff

Property is very near to station which is good. It has basic facilities but no geyser & no kettle in the room.

Roooms were not as shown in figures. No hot water and no woolen blankets. Even wen asked wer not provided. Public toilets are better than this hotel

I booked New Cape Hotel, Kanyakumari for one night on 12th October 2025, mainly to freshen up before spending the day sightseeing. The stay was good — a budget-friendly hotel that’s perfect for short stays or day trips. Though they don’t have an in-house restaurant, Mr. Mohammed, the hotel staff, kindly arranged food for us, which was really helpful. The team at New Cape Hotel gave us a warm welcome and were very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable stay close to the Cape Railway Station and other popular sightseeing spots in Kanyakumari.

Had an amazing experience staying here. Rooms are big and clean. Towel, cleaning items were clean and neat. Bathroom was well maintained.

Its just a hotel with all old and small rooms. Not worth anything more than per night. They have posted all modified images . Actually its poor looking and very old

Very near to Triveni sangam. Nearer to railway station. Outside food is available. No provision for tea/coffee making.

Good service ...we stayed there for a shorter period. breakfast arrangements are not upto the mark... improvements required..

hotel is walking distance of railway station. behaviour of all staff are very good. they arrange room on early arrival at hotel if possible. no restaurant is present at this hotel. This is bigger problem.

Good location , hospitality was appreciable and Friendly Staffs. Plz provide a kettle so it should be helpfull. Near the Sunrise Point, Vivekanda Rock&Thiruvalluvar Statue. Especially walkable distance distance for railway station.

No Soap provided for sanitation and overall good 👍 like nearest to railway station. 1km to triveni sangam and rock memorial.

Room was well maintained, amenities were excellent overall I was well satisfied with my experience the behavior of the staff members were excellent Parking space was adequate

property manager present at location was not at all supportive... My parents had to sit outside hotel for more than 3 hours.. He was not allowing early checkin also... And breakfast request one day before also rejected... Was terrible guy...

The property was easy to find. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. There was no food available at the hotel but there are so many restaurants nearby.

The room was neat and clean, and its location was perfect for sightseeing. It's very close to the railway station and popular spots like the sunrise point and Vivekananda Rock. Hot water is only available from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pictures are miss-sold and only recommended for budget travel while staff is quite helpful example getting tea etc. Fans don’t have regulator so you’d image basic things missing from infrastructure.
