Room services were not good. Daily cleaning was not done. Ac was leaking. Toothpaste and brushes not provided. Opening window will give a view of dirty outside cabin.

Hotel staff support was bad. Had an incident for parking and called staff but no one came out of there helpdesk to support and discuss as i was not able to understand the tamil language there. Book executive room but intercoms was not working.

Hotel seemed very old with poor maintainence, broken beds, broken locks, cracks in roof and walls with seepage. Please avoid if you can!

The service at this facility is quite poor. Despite laundry being listed as a service, they don’t actually provide it. Guests are even required to change their own bedsheets. Additionally, hot water is not available all the time—it only comes during the day. If you need drinking water in your room, you have to either buy it or fill your own bottle, which is inconvenient.

Hotel is going through renovation. At first, i did not get a good room, after request i got another room where ac was dipping water. No hot water available here (they call warm water as hot. No shops or restaurants or taxi service are at walkable distance. However, hotel's restaurant is good!

The hotel is a very old building. There was renovation works going on and too much dust. I will not recommend anyone to stay there

Pros: 1. Rooms are good 2. People are cooperative 3. Lots of parking space 4. Taste of food is good Cons: 1. Parking in open space so during summer it is not 2. Location is out of Kanyakumari main entrance so you will have to pay 50 rupees per day to enter into city 3. Food at restaurant is costly

Hotel is in good location, but the room which i stayed has a very bad mattress, it was as sleeping on a plank. Due to that got severe body pain.

Clean rooms & washrooms. Perfectly working ac & coffee maker. Excellent service. Ample parking. Tasty complimentary breakfast. The hotel is about 2 km from temple on the nagercoil road. They allowed us 1 hour late check out.
