Room was not clean as expected. staffs are so friendly. parking was poor overall I feel average about the stay

The rooms were very neat and clean. Staff was supportive. Hot water available at bathrooms. But hotel access road is close to slaugter house. Faces foul smell while psaing through.

Rating: 1/5 stars I booked a Standard AC room at TRB Residency in Kanyakumari, expecting a comfortable stay given the amenities listed. The profile showcased an impressive list of facilities including Shaving Mirror, Toiletries, Mineral Water, TV, Bathroom, Free Wi-Fi, Chair, Closet, Geyser/Water Heater, 24-hour Housekeeping, Hot & Cold Water, Blackout Curtains, Blanket, Ceiling Fan, Air Conditioning, 24-hour Room Service, Charging Points, Laundry Service, Towels, and Western Toilet Seat. Regrettably, my experience starkly contrasted with these promises. Crucial items like *Toiletries* and *Mineral Water*, explicitly listed as provided, were conspicuously absent. Worse still, many of the facilities that were present were in an appalling state – far removed from what one would expect for the price paid. The *blanket* was dirty and untidy, the *bedsheet* was unkempt and stained, and even the *pillow covers* appeared grubby. The *towels* supplied for bathing were in a deplorable condition, rendering them unusable. It felt like the hotel merely listed amenities for show, with no genuine intent to ensure guests could actually utilize them in a hygienic and comfortable manner. The *bathroom*, considering the amount paid, was subpar – falling woefully short of expectations. Overall, the products and facilities provided seemed messy and dirty, reflecting poorly on TRB Residency's standards. 24-hour housekeeping, supposedly a feature, evidently didn't translate into cleanliness. Frankly, booking this place turned out to be a big mistake. The disconnect between marketed amenities and delivered experience was stark.

No proper service in this hotel, only room is OK, all other things are very poor

The front desk employee was very disappointing. I traveled with family and informed everything prior since he made check in late.

The front desk person was very rude and the behaviour wasn’t absolute good. Even for chekin and checkout he made quite hustling.

It's a newly constructed stay and well maintained. Bathroom and rooms were clean and also the staff was good. Only thing is, for car parking you will get a place just 100mtrs away which is becomes crowdy when there are more vehicals otherwise overall experience was great.

Hotel was in a street which had no road and no hot water all times. No blanket in the rooms. Towels were stinky. No lunch or breakfast options nearby or to order. No proper parking facility as well.

Some what high rate and location also not clean. Parking space is ok. But location is not visible to main road

The location is very bad, it is a nearby slaughter house and the area is very stinky, there is no balcony in rooms and very small rooms no proper ventilation.

The place is a lodge with no kitchen facility and no server in the rooms. Rooms are neat but bathroom and rooms are small and stuffy

Neat and clean stay

Location is good, but all other concern things are horrible. Cleanliness was most measurable, specially bathroom; think they never use any bathroom cleaner to clean the bathroom. After telling to the house keeping staff, no action was taken.

1. I am not able to reach the destination and checkin. I would like to cancel this booking. The cancelling option was not available and i have lost my money. If you could refund at-least 50% of the money it would be appreciable

the location is very bad, all the time receptionist is missing and the rates are abnormally high, one can get a very good hotel near the sea at a much price. the owner does not care at all

rooms were not upto the mark. my husband and i were down with cold and ask for warm water to drink and they said there is no provision for it. bed sheets were dirty. overall not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend this place.
