I booked this guest house with higher expectations but disappointed. I was not greeted by Owner/caretaker. Instead, a servant “Babu” was available who doesn;t understand english or hindi. Although there were two rooms available but location was deep inside, no proper recommendation to find clean and good quality food for you and your family and this accommodation was upstairs. There was a small being noticed in the living room and you will be accompanied by cockroaches in bathrooms. Hot water geyser was not working in one of the rooms. I was literally surprised to find the “excellent” rating of this property. I’ll not recommend this property with price tag of indian rupees.

I stayed with my family on 11th May 2025 in this property. The owner and the staffs are very helpful. Rooms and washroom are clean and spacious. Extremely well maintained. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The place was good for family.As they have all appliances, which helped us a lot. Apart from that we had some issues such as one of the AC not working, identifying the location on maps was bit difficult.

That was an awesome experience to stay in this property...I felt like home..neat and clean..The owner and staff are very supportive..next time I will definitely prefer this home.

Amazing property. Great team. Reasonable prices. Supporting family with kids young people and old alike. Very rare combination. Special shout out to mahendra the care taker.

5. It was a really nice stay. Rooms were bigger and well maintained. Close to main road. Caretaker was very helpful. We stayed as a group of 7 and everyone loved the stay there.

Quite spacious properly, large bedrooms and hall. Well equipped kitchen and kids play area. Very close to major tourist destinations at kanyakumari.
