The hotel could have better hygiene. Especially the bathroom amenities could have been better with less stains. Hot water wasn't available and the waiter had to heat separately and provide bucket by bucket. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor which was not operational and we had to go in search of food outside the premises. The Google location of the hotel is misleading which made me take a wrong turn into one of the gullys with my car getting stuck. Need to rectify this so that other customers don't get stuck. The hotel staff are friendly and polite.

The location of the property is good, but the bathrooms are very dirty. The staff is not even willing to clean it. The stay was not pleasant as I was traveling with my family and we all had to adjust with a very dirty bathroom.

Easily approachable from main road. With proper parking and elevator from parling till roof top. Well appointed rooms, Clean linen clean washrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Food is good.. they make to order basis spicy or non spicy. Also room servixe and receiption staff is eager to help. All in all a very good option at reasonable rates.

Decent stay. Difficult to reach.

Property is located in a very small lane. Very difficult to reach. We had our own car so it was more difficult to locate. They have good parking space though. Stay was comfortable though. Staff were very friendly. Food was decent.

Very pleasant stay in Chitra hotel in Kanyakuma

The location of Chitra hotel is very good. The church, Bhagabati Amman temple and ferry ghat are nearby, only 6-8 minutes walk. The room is well furnished and the toilet is very clean. The ambience is remarkably good. The hotel in all aspects is very nice.

They charged me when the usual rate for an AC room as in your ad or so.The bathroom had no hot water,no phone,kettle,tea bags, cups,..tv had no malayalam programs,..no restaurant..bathroom was stinking..blanket was small and good for only pax..l need a refund..or else l will publish in social media
