Room no. 105 was having smell of fungas, very dirty chairs with fungas & dirty washroom

I find the property through make my trip I got a good stay very close to my intended location.

There were no power throughout the night in the entire floor, but no one knows, all the persons incharges are slept well and no one care about the power cut.. Better stays available on the same road that we missed. We raised the compliant to the manager, he was very cool and said that they are also human beings and slept off. The hotel was very crowd on all the time as its like. not having the good experience

breakfast is very good, but the night dinner menu is very limited. Even the menu card items were not available at 2100 hrs. Rooms are too small and lack ventilation. can't open a small window, as mosquito comes through it. complimentary water bottle and soaps were not provided in room even after multiple calls. needed to collect it from counter by self.

A Very Pleasant stay at This hotel during Dussehra holidays. Main thing I liked the most was Many places were walkable distance from here like Sunrise, Boat to Vivekanandar rock and Kanyakumari rock and Railway station too. I will 💯 recommend this hotel for a safe stay.Its compulsory u must booked u r stay and come. on the spot booking is not possible for all. 👍👍👍

Clean room and near to pilgrim places like Bhagavathi amman temple, sunrise place, bus facilities for sunset place and nearby good restaurants.

The rooms are average for the price charged. Hotel doesnt have a restaurant and there is no complimentary breakfast even after charging around 3.5k per day for a superior ac room. The room cleanliness is also just average with many flies and insects However the hotel staff are very courteous and helpfully

Location if this property is good, easily accessible to temple and sunrise point. No food is offered, you have to go out. Cleanliness is an issue, not upto mark. It’s very big hotel, felt on cleanliness they have to work out. Parking guy was very rude. 1 night stay it’s okay.

Sri devi hotel is good..for 1 day stay,very nice parking area..and the best part is , it is very near to Kanyakumari boating and temple we can go by walk..next to the the hotel we can find veg restaurants as well

We stayed in Hotel Sri Devi at in Cape road, which was almost close to all places in east coast. Stay was amazing and Family friendly. We received a warm welcome from staff - Anand and Co. Even though checked-in late we were allowed to extend our checkout time. Sight seeing was much easier in our stay. All the amenities we recieved including WiFi were perfect for a family to stay.Experiences might be different for each. Our stay was more than Good. Looking forward to return for more.

The room was clean, and the beds were made daily throughout my stay. The hotel provided all the essential amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. It’s conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to all major attractions. We even enjoyed watching the sunrise right from our hotel window.

horrible stay in this property, no one in the reception we were tired but don't have manager in reception when we asked they are telling only one manager in the shift and another on leave so we have to wait until manager will not finish his lunch .we were tired from long journey but there is no basic edicat to serve attest water to the guest .company focus is only earning money in the night. we asked for a blanket, but after 30 minutes, one staff member is coming and telling us we don't have a blanket, then after 30 minutes, they send dirty and smelly bedsheets which we can not used. My humble request is to make my trip to remove this hotel from your vebside .they don't deserve this prestigious vebside

in family stay they are allowing drinks and smoking. people smoked in ac room and the whole floor is having bad smell and too much disturbed.

The stay was really good. All the popular locations and food joints are at walking distance to the hotel and it has a vast parking area. The staff were helpful and kind and it was a really good experience
