The photos of swimming pool, some building are not of this resort. When we went, the pool was not cleaned and its a very small one. Additionally, noindoor game, little parking space.

We stay for very short time. But everything in hotel was excellent. Ambience is too good. Hospitality was very good. We enjoyed pool a lot. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Kanyakumari.

Dirty bed and torn sheets

Rooms were not clean. Could notice lot of dirts on the side of the bed. Bed sheets were torn and very small. Unable to use the bedsheet Pillows were unclean and dirty No lifts were available.

Not worth more than 2000/- per night!!

The rates quoted by Ferdin Cottage is exorbitantly high. There is nothing to charge more than per night. Swimming pool looks like not functioning. The Ferdin Cottage kannyakumari don't even provide complimentary mineral water bottle or breakfast for above 5000/- per night. The cottage don't have three star or four star facilities. I seriously don't understand on what basis they are claiming three star facilities are provided. The reception looks like a security check point. No exhaust for toilet or no tissue rolls provided. Air Conditioners not seems to work, power light is on throughout. Tried different modes not seems to have any difference. There is no Gym or any other facilities to my knowledge

Over charging for Water Bottle. Receptionist looked rude when talking. Torn Matress cover, hidden by half bedsheet. Poor quality blanket. Non darkening white curtain. No news paper and hot water. Payed additional charges but still got room without balcony. Only Cleanliness, Swimming Pool and night lights was the plus point
