Tri Sea Hotel

Good staff service. Windows lock is poor easily open from outside, so we changed the room.No grill provide in the window disturbs the comfortable sleep at night. Hotel management should take some steps to add grill or extra safety for the peace full stay. Please take this request seriously. Thanks 👍

The images and info here seemed like it was a very nice hotel. Other than the accessibility aspect of location, honestly everything else was bad. They promised a sea-facing room but it’s hardly partially sea facing. It’s not at all upto our expectation. The images are not apt either. The cleanliness was mediocre. Space was ok, location was good. The services were decent on call- but basic stuff like coffee / tea were only available from near by shops. Honestly I wouldn’t suggest this place if you have expectations for cleanliness.

Intercom connection in the rooms allotted to guest who booked through make my trip was not working. Room services for morning bed coffee was not provided. Free Breakfast was also not provided. Clear indifferent treatment was meted out to guests who booked through app, Linen provided were also not clean.

It is an average hotel, but location wise it is good. Even though they mentioned the sea view room, the sea view was available outside the room from the lobby. All the main attractions are at walkable distance.

Travelled as a family with two kids and stayed at Hotel Tri-Sea on 27th September 2025, booking the Executive Four Bed AC (Sea Facing) room (Room No. 305). Since it was the holiday season, the reception and lobby area were a bit crowded, but the check-in process was seamless and quick. The hotel offers covered car parking, though the space is limited and the entry to the parking area is quite narrow as it’s located on the main road. The main reasons we chose this room type in the hotel were well met — 1. The Executive 4-bed room was spacious, ideal for a family. 2. There was a separate area to keep luggage, which helped keep the room organized. 3. The sea-facing view was fantastic, directly overlooking the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue. The hotel terrace provides an excellent view of the sunrise, one of the highlights of our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the seashore, ferry terminal, and most major tourist spots. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby; although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, Shree Rajasthani Punjabi Dhaba is conveniently adjacent. Overall, a budget-friendly and well-located hotel for families visiting Kanyakumari, especially those looking for sea-facing rooms with great views.

This hotel is a hoax. Its a very cheap motel with no basic amenities like a kettle or even as basic as tea. Rooms look like a cheap motel with insects and spider web. No toilet utilities and not even soap. They don’t even have a swimming pool or spa . Please be aware.

The images shownis nowhere near to the actual state of hotel. The state of hotel is pathetic. It's not a hotel - it's a lodge. Moreover the staff of the hotel is rude

Location is excellent.Direct view of Vivekananda Rock from sea facing hotel room & View of sea from adjacent common balcony ( veranda) is amazing. food ( breakfast) average...on room is very closer to the lift which makes some noise inside

Very very good location , near Gandhi Mandapam, triveni sangam , Rooms were very neat and clean, well maintained, staffs were very helpful

stay was just ok ok in the hotel...extra mattress was provided with extra payment but mattress quality was so poor. water availability was there in bathroom but not even handwash was provided. no water jug or glass. We had booked two rooms for two days but tv was not working in one room.. even with repeated reminders they didn't fix it

I feel some demoralised is required like interior of room. Toilet etc. Restaurant facility should provide by hotel.

we booked a common room and it was decent two big beds accommodated 6 people at once but the bathroom was not up to the mark the flush was leaking a lil bit. The views were good just in front of the sea. and the AC worked fine too They provided all the things required in a hotel room and service desk was also very helpful

Worst room we ever stayed in while paid the price of a 3 star hotel. The washroom was dirty, water tab broker, lenin were not cleaned and wardrobe had cockroaches. Very cheap interior. My parents could not complain as they don't these booking system and process and reached at mid night (so no other alternate). MakeMyTrip looted us with this of deal. Not at all as per the described photos.

location excellent food ok amenities ok this hotel is value for money with good parking facility. On the day of checkout, at 8.30am we told that we are going to rock memorial and want to use washroom later. Hotel informed that it is going to take 3-4 hrs. we surrendered the key and told that if we come back by 12 pm we will use room and if we are delayed then hotel will make arrangement to use washroom elsewhere to which hotel agreed. we came back at 1.30pm but hotel gave our room key for us to freshen up.
