All fake promises, whatever they promised half of the things were not there in amenities. Mmt should verify such properties before adding. no hot water , tv not working torn and bad towels broken taps

I had an amazing stay at the shri pandhan heritage and all the staff were friendly, helpful always with a smile, and the room was very comfortable and clean also very spacious and the hotel location made it easy to explore the cities, we will definitely come back

Even after multiple complain to MakeMyTrip, there was no response from your team and the yesterday was extremely terrible. There was no cleanness no maintenance of the property and the picture that were shown in the make. My tree were completely different from what it was when we when we visited that hotel and also that dining area and everything was very bad, I was just pathetic and I just had a talk with your two of your executive and then they were just supposed to reply back me over email or over the call, but there was no response.

1.Room was not clean 2.bed sheets are not replaced 3. No heat water facilities 4. No towel and no foot mat 5. TV was not working. 6. Car parking issue

Room AC is not working, reported the room boy and authorities but not change the room and not correct the complaint. No ventilation to the room because very horrible situation. Not sleeping that night.

looking at the pics we thought food is available but going there was shocked to see it is under renovation. they should have mentioned the same online. it's was a headache getting food. otherwise it's good and well maintained.

Stayed at this hotel in Rameswaram and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were well-equipped with AC, hot water, and all necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly polite, and the hospitality was top-notch. Though the restaurant was under renovation, it didn’t affect the overall experience. Truly enjoyed every penny spent here. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!
