The location is very good. The food was very average. Due to lack of manpower, the services took a lot of time to execute.

Great view from the rooms as well as the terrace and pool area. The rooms are good however bathrooms feel a little small. A very good option for a budgeted stay. Food was also good. I feel one of the best options in budgeted stays in Kanyakumari

Poor service.. at restaurant food served with delay by 2 hrs .. hygiene to be improved .. location is good .. located near to temple and beach ..staffs behaved politely ..

Food - very average. Room service - not good Facilities - lots of facilities like A/c not working for half a day remote not working rest of the the day. Customer support - very poor

Amika is good , but the service to carry the bags was poor. The room service was good. Viswa, the hygiene of the towel and blanket is to be updated , they didnt provide the take away breakfast as we checked out earlier .

This Property's location and all amenities are very good but Service is not satisfied, Actually after reaching here I asked at the reception if dinner would be available at your place, they said yes and when I wanted to contact them for dinner at 9.50 PM in the night on the number they had given me, I got no response, so when I contacted them at the reception I got the reply that now you cannot order as per the menu, you will have to order from whatever I have, Now my requirement was that I have to order as per their instructions because there were total 6 people staying in their property in 2 rooms, I would either order as per their remaining menu or I would have ordered as per my own menu I go to sleep hungry when I am with my family, so please pay attention to your service. No matter how good your property or amenities are, hotels mainly run on good service.

Decent stay. We got a good sea view. Some rooms has balcony. The bed looks small it’s difficult to sleep if you got kid with you.

Stay was good. Nice ambience but food was poor. The dining hall was nasty...not clean.... The reception staff response was good.

The stay was average at best. We had booked 2 rooms one with 2 double beds and one with a single double bed. The room with two neds was very spacious, whereas the room with single bed was a little congested and the bed was also a little small. The bathrooms in both the rooms were not good at all. They are outdated and smell bad. When we first entered the room there was a weird smell in the room, the staff had to put odonil in the room. The roof was the plus point. We watched the sunrise from the roofand it was beautiful. The service was good the people were fast. The breakfast was also average, nothing to say about it.

Rooms were clean, Staffs were very good and helpful. value for money. location is very good and food quality is so good , just loved that .

Hotel is really average but given the other choices in Kanyakumari - it is good. The food in this hotel is just amazing. I would give a 5 star to their food quality and taste..

location was good, but no shops or restaurants nearby. Viswa grand restaurant was not ready.services were satisfactory.

It is a very good hotel. I will recommend everyone to try at least once. Only thing which i would like them to improve is to put blackout curtain in full length of window side including door otherwise too much of light comes in the room. Rest all is very good. Staff is v polite .

The property is very nice, clean, well managed and maintained. it is located little outside of the market area.. but the surrounding is beautiful so u don't mind staying there. We stayed in room with balcony, the view of the vast sea from the balcony was superb. you can even visit 4th floor for sunset and sunrise is an addition. we can clearly see vivekanand rock and statue from there. food was good with all the amenities. the service was very good and quick. the staff was professionally trained and greeted very well. if anyone is planning to visit Kanyakumari or nearby can/should go there. 👍

Even though its a season time comparing the crowd the price is not justifying, i booked it at last minute that was my side added drop. Family room AC was having a great noise which is not repairable from their side. If they are not able to adjust their price then why we need to adjust and compromise our stay. Only thing is location where the property is situated is awesome and the view points are next level. Will definitely opt for next time with the hope nothing happens like above.

Morning service, front office service from the girl at the office was really good, good service from the helper guy from 8 am to 8pm. But night sevice was pathetic, not even providing glasses to drink water when asked. Food was ok, but again after 9. 30 pm no food service, only few dishes available, many of the dishes in menu card not available. Rooms are clean wash rooms are also clean bit expensive for this service

Good place to stay with family. Breakfast is not that great however the ala cart a during dinner was amazing
