Fan regulator not working. TV also difficult to start. Breakfast, lunch and dinner needs improvement. Overall its average only

I had a two days stay on day 1 hot water wasn’t coming I had to call reception and get hot water using buckets. On day 2 in the morning even normal water was also not coming so had to call reception and run behind them

room is good but service is not good, food is waste only thing is near by beach and 5th floor sea view is super

Property was good. A bit old but all things are mostly working. Location is near vivekananda rock but not walkable distance. Pool is good but water is only till leg level. There is a big ground so will be great for parties and functions. Food was actually average. Even though we opted for included breakfast, it was not a buffet. We can order the available items. Some food was not tasty. Mango juice was bad. but some items were good.

very expensive property but not maintained. I think property owner may be changed his mind from hotel business

Hotel is good . But for the cost the hotel needs to improve a lot like taps are broken in bathroom , room service are delayed , child play area is rusty and broken , need fan in rooms , food quality needs to be improved other than that everything like parking room comfort , location everything good

The hotel location was good, but food quality was not good and had an issue with room service and cleanliness. Inspite of early check-in the hotel authorities did not give us room and most of the rooms were empty without any guests. Our experience with this hotel was not great. Hope hotel will improve in future. One more thing there was very less water in swimming pool….hotel demanded extra cash from us. So we had to give ₹1000/- extra. Thanks 🙏

Unhygienic and totally not worth for money. Rooms are small and unkempt . Overall not worth for the money they charge

The facilities in the room was very basic half of the switches don't work.No refill of coffee,creamer ,no change in bed spreads or cleaning even though we stayed for 2 days.The staff was very good especially Santosh and the lady at the reception missed her name she is available during the day time ,was very helpful and always ready to help.Lot of delay at the restaurant need to waits for hours for the food to arrive.Overall an Average experience

Hi. First and foremost they don't provide any facility for early check-in. The reception people did not allow us to check in before 12:00. The property is quite old. Rooms are not very hygienic and clean. The intercom was not working in both the rooms we checked in. Overall it was not worth the money we paid. Other guests were also making several complaints at the reception. I would suggest not to book this property. Very disappointing experience.

The price of 7k per night is too much breakfast is also not very great not good spread for food as well. Rooms are not well maintained. Staff is ok ok but for this price its terrible. Its not a 3 star hotel. Its basic hotel batroom also has black spots

Room good apperance with furniture staff courageous staff also help personall issues. Food attractive food with required standard. Amenities proper gym, kids play area, pool-also nice sun rise view tall buildings hence possible view of sun rise location close to vivekananda rock boat point service service of supporting staff is nice

Good premium hotel near vivekananda rock. Ample parking. Pool time up to 6 pm. Can understand the same as a bar attached hotel. Hotels can improve by providing coffee making machines and some tea bags. They should provide dental kit mandatorily without specific asking. Nearby veg hotel available is chitra hotel run by vivekanda kendra

This hotel was fantastic hotel i stayed for 1 day nice view in 7th floor staff also gud behaving totally hotel was gud also swimming pool, kids play area also was there its was nice stay tq hotel singar

This property is pretty old. There were very few guests. I think the occupancy was less than 10 percent. Stay was calm and quiet but all the equipments and facilities are very old but well maintained. I felt that it is on the verge of closing down. This hotel is furniture rich and the swimming pool is well maintained. Overall the stay was just above average.

Swimming pool time restrictions up to 6 pm is not apt. Night swimming before dinner makes memories. Other amenities are not bad ok. Would suggest for a short 1 or 2 days stay.
