First i arrived late inspite of information provided them, the allotted me the room of first floor, where there was a window with full of soaps and garbage disposed, very pathetic experience with this hotel

The staff does not allocate rooms as per the booking. We had to request a change and point out that the room given was not what we booked. Basic amenities like a complimentary water bottle per day, and towels were not provided unless we specifically asked for them. The rooms are old with damaged furniture, and housekeeping is not done daily. The curtains do not fully cover the windows, compromising privacy. Breakfast is brought to the room, but there is no table to place it on and only one chair to sit, which is inconvenient. Breakfast, though tasty, is sourced from outside and does not include tea or coffee. The AC works, but if there is a power cut, the TV won’t restart automatically — we had to call the reception each time for assistance. Overall, the experience was below expectations.

i found about hotel through make my trip app. The cleanliness of bathroom is not satisfactory. television was not working. AC 's working was also not satisfactory. The organisation of room arrangement was also not pleasing.

Location and sea view were good. But need to improve cleanliness, basic amenities and customer care.

It's location is best it is near to most of the sight Seeing places And the punjabi dhaba is great

It was a good experience staying in Sebaa palace. All staff were kind enough and mainly this hotel is located in a prime spot, where beach, boat house, sunset view points are located in just 3 mins walkable distance. The room was very pleasant and neatly maintained. Overall the stay was good.

I was totally disappointed. I booked a good room as per photo but they gave me the worst room. when I asked them, they said that this is only you booked the room. that thing I was totally disappointed about their honesty. No AC, damaged furniture. Totally BAD. My advice is Don't select this hotel.

i found cockroaches when I opened the cubbord. I found cockroaches on the bed. I requested the hotel staff to change the room. They denied saying that there is no other room available. instead they brought HIT spray and sprayed it all over. There was smell in the room. After spraying, they didn't even come to room for cleaning. what can be a more terrible and harmful stay than this? I have videos of cockroaches running here and there in the cubbord and on the walls. I need a refund for this kind of terrible stay. i found cockroaches when I opened the cubbord. The hotel room was not as mentioned in the image and it was quite small and hotel manager didn't help to provide better option and also the breakfast provided was very bad

one of the worst stay Not hygenic & room service is very very poor.Toilet accessories not provided.I would recommend not to stay here as family.I regret here to stay. I had booked previously so many times but felt terribly this time.🤢🤢😭

BALCONY NOT CLEAN. ALL BIRDS SHITTING ..BAD SMELL. f. PHONE NOT WORKING..ITS DEAD PHONE. IF YOU WANT TO CALL RECEPTION YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN BY LIFT. g. NO WATER, TOWELS NOT CLEAN. h. BED SHEETS NOT CLEAN.

The hotel was okay okay, not good really. Even some basic ammentities were missing, speially i booked the hotel thinking i will get the room with sea view, but when i arrived at hotel i got to know that my room didn't have the sea view so that was a big disappointment.

Location is ideal for going to Sunrise, Sunset and Ferry points. They are all just walkable. A lot of restaurants are also available very closely. The staff was very helpful, a special mention about young man Shri Rahul Sharma. The view of Vivekananda Memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue absolutely spell binding from the window

Dirty bathroom and linen. Clumsy corridor. Food quality was not good and did not have any variety. They do not have their own kitchen or restaurant. No room service. No amenities. Worst experience. only good point is location
