Room is good. Staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. Manager is not all cooperative. Owner is good

The stay at Hotel Wins was just average, as there was no fridge, kettle, or morning tea accessories. cupboards were also not available. hot water availability was good. car parking was good and acess to beach and other tourist spots were near by

I booked two rooms, first room was good and the second room(206) AC did not work. When I informed to the reception, they didn’t respond.

I stayed with family in hotel wins in kanyakumari, it was terrible experience and no facility like wifi, tv hindi channels, double bed.i had booked through make my trip they had charged double price from me for 2 rooms but these hotel price shouldn't be more than 500 rs . I had train in evening at 7 and requested with hotel owner and manager to stay till 3 pm but they rudely shouted and asked for extra one day more .even these tamil people treat north indian as foreigner , we never feel in tamil nadu that we are in india every one will try to loot from north indian . I will advise never visit this hotel , except to us nobody was there in hotel even it was felt like ghostly building.

Room was very small and not cleaned. Bed and bedsheets were poor quality and dirty. TV was very small and wardrobe was local look.Window curtain was poor quality Toilet was very dirty and bad smell. Tap and washbasin are local look and not cleaned.Overall bad experience from this hotel and this hotel is not value for money.

The rooms were good, comfortable to stay. The staff service was also good. Over-all it was a good experience.

It was a pleasant stay there in the hotel.. Everything was good... Only the auto people and taxi people there loots alot of money... But the room was so good. I prefer to stay in this hotel again while the everything i liked... Please suggest people who take fare rate for travel

Hotel Wins is superb clean nd neat stay place near to Vivekanandapuram bus stop. 1min walkable distance. Hotel management is superb no complaints about them not interfere in to us in any matter .(Other stays people asks where are you going now we have package tour nd all every time when we lock the room whenever we go out) Hot water 24/7 for bathing and for drinking RO water facility is there. Walkable distance to statue and Vivekananda memorial. Veg restaurant is very nearby to stay chitra pure veg hotel in Vivekanandapuram.

The hotel is simple yet clean, serving well for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults. However, the absence of breakfast was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, it is located near the vivekananda rock memorial, making it a convenient option for travelers. While the overall experience was decent, the pricing felt a bit on the higher side.
