I will never book through make my trip. Make my trip is showing one thing and real is different. So, I got the worst services by make my trip. So, I will never ever believe make my trip.

very rude. Even the boys working were not nice. This type of property should not be displayed.

Affordable Price, Good Responsive Staffs, Located in Center of the city with lot of shops and restaurants, Located Nearby Vivekananda Rock, Glass Bridge, Vattakotai Fort. But rooms are very very worst in cleanliness. Very very old and damaged bedsheets and towels, very small room, narrow bathroom. Lot of insects enters into room in night time and you have to survive from ants on bed in all time. If you get the top floor you can see the beach view. you cannot expect hot water all the time. There is not restaurant in hotel. They will not provide kettle. So dont expect anything from the hotel apart from drinking water.

The location and the way of approach of the attender are very good.

The room was very small no shelf to keep suitcase. very conjusted room. Health facit leakage. not satisfied with accommodation.

room was small their service is bad. they have not changed bedsheets and pillow covers and gave us used one. room service boy thrice came with fresh bedsheets which were clean but torn. manager was scolding the boy. but from my opinion hotel owner is responsible for such activities. they should not keep torn bedsheets and comfortors. whatever is there room boy will offer that only so no need of scolding to poor. very disappointed..... otherwise they were polite to us which counts nothing....

Hotel rooms are normal and the food i dont order location are good but cant see the sun set and rise, and distense to the spot but all over its ok and thank you

Lift facility is not available After 11:30 PM.my room is allotted in the 4th floor,my family with 2 children climbing steps ground floor to 4th floor in the night 11:30,this is not good

The stay was reasonably priced and good value for money. The room was comfortable, equipped with a TV and Hotstar. The bathroom door lock had a minor issue, but since it didn’t bother me, I didn’t report it. The staff were decent and courteous, and they even allowed us to check in two hours earlier than our booking time. We booked a triple room but were charged only the rate of a double room, which was a nice benefit.

Property situated near railway station. Only 1km from railway station. Main attractions are walkable from hotel.Room is good for its price.

Was fine. not really that good but for the price it was fine. only if they would add some interior to the room it would be outstanding.
