Review Of Hotel Sun Park

I travel with family and small kids. Rooms are big and clean, but the bedsheets, pillows were not clean, towels were very old and torn. Food at the restaurant is not good.

The Hotel location is good with beach only 1km. Staff behaviour was also good with full cooperation. The room provided was in good condition and no issue

it wasn't clean, found coakroaches in the room. washroom was also not clean. it had sand all over the blanket and bed were very old and faded- didn't look like properly cleaned

bed was hard, bathroom although neat had a foul smell, the electricity got cut off mid sleep. overall the service was good.

The hotel is located at a prominent spot on main road and at a walkable distance from Kanyakumari Railway station. Ambiance and cleanliness is notable. Rooms are very comfortable and the behaviour of manager and staff is very cordial. I had requested for early check-in in which was warmly welcomed. Bathroom was neat and well maintained. Restaurant was good and all preparations were very good and price worthy. Overall excellent comfortable stay at hotel.

Room and location is comfortable for traveller. Only difficulty faced with the restorent, during rush hours they give priority to the outside visitors. Several times they ask us to wait untill they serve others. So we decided not tohave dinner from there. Room and location is comfortable for traveller. Good location Well maintained property We were provided with stained bedsheets. When asked to replace, the staff replied most of the sheets haves stains here and there which is normal according to him. The room floor was dirty with fine sand particle and when we requested for brooming, he agreed to do with hesitation after some argument

it's a good room and clean because a dirty blanket only and the helpers were good It’s a good and clean room, but the blanket was dirty. The helpers were good.

i have stayed 2 times in this hotel... The receptionist ask marriage certificate.. myself and wife got an irritated feel about that behaviour of that person.... I choose room ... otherwise I will go to another hotel at that time.. very very bad manner... I didnt get this much of situation from any other hotel in kanyakumari.... I didnt want to select this sunpark hotel again....

Very clean and hygienic room.Staffs were very gentle and cooperative. Located at main road going to Vivekanand rock temple and Railway station approx 900mtr away from Vivekanand rock site.

It was an average stay. Location,Food etc are average.. Options for complementary breakfast are little. Could offer better value for money.

the front desk staff was not courteous. already sent a request for early checkin, but not provided...

It was a very good experience. The food and room were all very good. The only problem was the distance to the beach.

This hotel has lot of issues wrt to services and management , no hot water AC leaks , shifted the room but other room ac sometimes work sometimes not , breakfast was average but no coordination btw reception and restaurant not hot breakfast but one good thing is management and hotel staff listen to ur concern and some what try to fix the issue after multiple calls , No wifi .. i would say good for 1 day stay and u wont stay long in room
