Location of the property is awesome as the property is almost 4km away from the hustle and bustle of the town and located beside the sea. The attendent as well as caretaker Murugan is a nice person. The manager is also very much helpful. For food, there is a menu card in the room. One should let know the manager in time. He will arrange everything. Even a car or auto for sightseeing can be arranged by him. The swimming pool of the property can be maintained more. But the ambience of the pool area is awesome I must say.

I had an incredible stay at Phoenix Beach Resort,From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, with stunning ocean views right from the room. The beach was pristine and never crowded, making it ideal for relaxation. The resort’s amenities were top-notch — the pool, spa, and restaurants were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the beach view.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Pathetic condition no food bathrooms are not clean zero security also they have charged extra 3200 for room even though full money was paid

The resort has several dining options that cater to all tastes. The food at the resort was outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, ensuring a great start to the day. For dinner, the seafood restaurant was a standout, offering fresh, locally-sourced dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. There was never a dull moment at Phoenix Beach Resort. The resort offers various activities, including beach volleyball, water sports and etc.. The staff at the resort were exceptional. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Phoenix Beach Resort is the perfect destination for those looking to relax and rejuvenate by the sea. With its prime location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and top-notch service, it truly offers a slice of paradise. I can’t wait to return! Leaving the place with a heavy heart. Very far from the city centre. Not so convenient if one doesn't have a personal vehicle.

Need refund of the above. It was a terrible experience. The hotel has no intimation about the booking and we had to check into a different hotel. The money has to be refunded asap.

We had a great stay at this resort. The location of the resort is very awesome, it’s just next to the sea and one can have a great view on the sunrise directly from the room. Overall it was a great stay.

This so called beach resort is a complete fraud and doesn’t have any right to charge so much for pathetic service and accommodation. I will also blame make my trip for not ensuring costumer’s satisfaction before accepting this resort’s price quote.

It is a good ‘home stay’ accommodation for groups to have fun, camp fire etc. Have only four rooms, dining and kitchen. Good for those who have their own transport. Swimming pool was under maintenance which was a major attraction. They are friendly and very helpful to org-anise everything you need, food, auto, taxi etc. You should have good gps to locate the place which is in a village calm atmosphere and sea view. Can see sunrise from room provided it is not a cloudy day!

Food and rooms were in very poor shape. The staff was uncorteous.

Beautiful view. Decent pool. Kids enjoyed lot. The caretakers made sure all our requirements are taken care.

Stained toilet. Food ordered was not provided. Served unpalatable raw fish. Empty swimming pool. Infrastructure is there but service not upto the mark. Not worth the money.

Very bad experience, check in 2 pm check out 8. 30 pm same day, not recommended for families owner and staff behavior not satisfied. Room and toilet not properly maintained.

Fabulous location. Just adjacent to sea. Sun rise view is fantastic from here. Nearby area you find abundance of nature. Service is also very good. A small beautiful beach just 50m away.

Great place to stay. It's under development. They are planning add so much more to the place. It's a greta place even now.

The place is the best to sit and sip your cup of coffee and view the sunrise, pick the room with sea view, the host is kind enought they are offering candle light dinner and barbeque facility upon request.

The location of resort was excellent. It is just on the beach. The sound of mighty waves slumber you to sleep. Food was excellent and the property is kept well. Cleanliness was seen everywhere. The property has a beautiful lawn also.
