Dear sir, myself pradeepkumar our family not stay at this hotel ,because 1 room while entering check in room is there inside the room,No cleanliness,very worst jaya bharathi hotel in kulithurai we are not stay there, so kindly return my payment to my account

Third class lodge hai, scame karte hai rooms available show karte hai fir jab ap booking kar lege payment receive karne ke baad apko call per batayenge ap mat aye because ye room sold out ho gay e kisi third person ko. Auro ye non refundable hai. To ho gaya scame make my trip apko 24 ghante time dega. 5 to 6 days baad apko sorry kah denge not refundable. Third class lodge. Third class management. Because of this management of lodge we suffer a lot till 2 am in the night we are searching for hotels. Do not book from make my trip and this lodge jay a bharthi lodge

Good room, nice experience. Entry was nice, while leaving the other receptionist doesn't know whether I paid or not. I told him its payment but still he had to ask someone else to verify and then only i left, sad that they don't followup payments.. At least they should have the proper documents about payment so visitors can leave happily. Can't complain about the room it's very good for better sleep 😇
