Very comfortable stay Food was good Near to sea and room was see facing

It was a nice stay in this hotel at kanykumari. The hotel located near to kanyakumari beach at just walking distance to sightseeing.

We reached kanyakumary by 6pm only as was informed. Sorry to point out that the staff were not attending phone though tried 4_5 times. When we reached the hotel, they have given non sea view ac rooms. We showed the booking that we have booked for sea view rooms. They were hesitant accept and asked to complaint any where. I have put the mail to makemytrip and approached the staff after half an hour. By that time his attitude was completely changed and was positive till we left the place.

There is no restaurant attached to hotel. One at their sister concern is very slow in service. A bit inflexible in check-out timings.

Hotel is not at all clean and not worth for the money paid.

Hotel location is excellent, no doubt this hotel is one of the best hotels in the category of its location. it is very very near to sea so that we can see sun rise from balcony itself. Only thing that discourages is non availability of restaurant, but you can get very good food in nearby hotels. Plenty of food corners available on walking distance and taxies are available in front of door only.

Location is really awesome. This hotel is situated just near by the triveni sangam. One can have a walk easily to the triveni sangam. Sunshine can be watched from the rooftop. Really awesone experience.

Hotel location was good but room was very dirty & bad smell. No any one help for anything surrounding area also dirty check In & check out problem no response for reception also no drinking water available

Location:- excellent. Rooms were OK. Rooms were booked through Makemy trip, for non availabilty of bookings we were provided alternative arrangements at Hotel Gopi nivas the hotel beside. Rooms at Hotel Gopi nivas were small. We stayed for 1 night so managed. Breakfast/ food was good- variety was available. Overall- Hotel Gopinivas was OK.

Hotel was under renovation. Rooms were shabby,service not up to the mark.
