I recently stayed here with my parents (3 adults) and had a mixed experience. While the overall stay was okay, the room comfort and safety need serious improvement. Firstly, I had booked a room with a single cot bed suitable for three adults, but they provided two separate cots instead. This arrangement was very inconvenient for a family stay. Secondly, there was no television, which was mentioned during booking — so that wasn’t an issue. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The TV socket and surrounding wall were broken and exposed, which seemed dangerous. I was genuinely concerned that it could cause an electric shock if touched by mistake — a major safety risk that should be urgently fixed. The lights in the room stayed on all night, and I couldn't sleep properly due to the brightness. The AC also couldn’t be adjusted, and when I requested a remote, I wasn’t given a proper response. I felt completely ignored by the staff regarding this. This place has potential, but unless they address these basic comfort and safety concerns, I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.

Stay was decent with clean rooms walkable to rock memorial and tourist attraction near the vicinity.

Room was specious but the bathroom was not clean. And none of the staffs came for cleaning the room in two days’ stay

No parking available and asked me to park somewhere far from the hotel. Got a call in early morning and take out the car from there. I couldn't able to take proper peaceful sleep. Asked for fresh towels and room service, the person collected the towels, and he said that no fresh towels are available until 11 pm, but ironically, i got towel in the next morning at 4:30 am. I have paid 7. 5 thousand per night, and it is not even worthy for 1000 rupees either. You should take out this hotel from your list. You should refund full amount

Because booked through make my trip, dirty and used bedsheets provided, hotel staff behaviour not appropriate, hot water not available, dirty bathrooms, as per policy they provided breakfast but mmtc it is charged. I am not interested booking through mmtc in future for above bad experience

The hotel staff is good. The location is good, near to major tourist spots. However, the bedding was not up to the mark. The bedsheet and blankets had been torn by rats. Also one of the guests complained about rats in their room. The rats destroyed their luggage. Overall the room rent was costlier, it could have been at least 2000 rs less.

Hotel had its hay days. Rooms were good at some time but no maintenance, no proper cleaning. Seems like management has no intention to provide proper customer service. Barely running the hotel with few staff.

Nqmaskar. Sorry to inform you about the stat was as we staying in a dharamshala. There was no facilities given in the room. No cattail towels in a bad condition. Rat ney mera purse pad diya. Foot mat was not a mat. Overall condition of the hotel was worst. People behavior was very bad. Mujhe hotel cancelation ki request dal rakhi hey. Meru daughter jo disabled hey vo rat ki vajah sey dar key sari rat neend nahi ley pai. Jiski vajah sey mujhe ek di my hi hotel chhodna pada. We had a very bad experience. My wife is a dronacharya awarded rashtrapati award winner. We had been traveling every where but this was the worst experience we had. I had taken a photograph also. Thanks

Good hotel and available staff at reception is also good man and helpful

Photos displayed on trip adviser are good but in reality horrible.No television or wardrobe available in the room

Nice everything and the view from window then the bad and bathrooms are very clean and neat very nice

Decent stay, kind and courteous service. I stayed in a family room. For the price it's decent, but the beds we're a little hard. Other than that room was neat and good.

Very polite staff and the stay was comfortable with a reasonable price offered. Recommended place.

It was a very good stay, room were clean and tidy good hospitality from staff also overall we enjoyed stay. But slight problem in shower and ac were there but overall it was a very good experience. No thank you

It is located on the main road, very near to the beach hardly 800 metres. Railway station is also nearby. They have good sea facing rooms. They also have a terrace from where you can see the sunrise. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Service was also very good. My stay was comfortable and i would love to stay here again.
