Very poor arrangement no sanitary bad smell in room. A c was not in working condition. Pls don't suggest to any one. I will claim for refund mony in my account.

Hygiene very bad
There was no hygiene. Bedsheet was not changed. Room was booked with heater but there was no neater available. And hotel staff no supporting in these things. When i complain with makemytrip then heater provided. Mm t support is very good but hotel is not good for staying in covid period.

Truly pathetic
Worst experience of my hotel stays. Dirty room, dirty utensils. What they show in photos is not what they have. Lift out of order. Strict no stay place.

A good budget hotel
It's a good "hotel" very near to the Fazal Ganj bus stand. The hotel staff were good and helpful and they serve good at the hotel. The washroom was clean of course the sheets in the room were clean. It was a good experience there.

Good Stay
Food was local cuisine with standard hotel names, lift was not available for the floor I stayed on. Better rooms were available for booking but MakeMyTrip offered only the basic version without breakfast.
