Very bad experience. Bad service and poor response

The hotel is wheelchair friendly. One room at the ground floor is ideal for guests who have mobility issues. Staff is courteous and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏼

No internet service, they didn't change bedsheet, no cleaning service every day. You have to ask them den they'll come. Hotel view is good, near to sea beach only 5 min walking distance. Staff behaviour good.

If you're looking for a laid back, economical and relaxing hotel then Hotel Shree Gopal will satisfy your needs. It's located about 1km from Swargadwar Crossing. The hotel is on the second marine drive and you get a good view from the sea view rooms. • Service is fine, even though you might have to remind them of a thing once or twice. In our case we asked for a blanket and we had to remind them again the next day because they had forgotten. • Food is below average, we mostly ate outside. The tea was also not good by most of our standards. • It will cost you Rs. 50 in a toto to get to Swargadwar. DO NOT PAY MORE than that. You could also walk to Swargadwar as there is an alley that is a shortcut (use Google Maps).

We had a great stay at the Hotel. The Hotel is few steps from the Sea Beach and market very good rooms and very clean and very good and polite staff. I recommend to stay in Shree Gopal Hotel
