I have never faced such a bad service before.It is surprising to think that the management and staff can be so bad. My question team is, do they physically present at all the hotels they entitle and come and see the entire system? I think they do not do that. Now let me tell you the problems: 1.No stuff taken at the reception, 2.Room cleaner does not have any particular dress, 3.No security guard, 4.No intercom system, 5. No mat out side of the bathroom, 6.The restaurant is closed because there is no staff. 7.There are no Toilet Amenities. The amount of money being taken from the customers has not received any service.
