Review Of Hotel Shiv Krupa Residency

No accesories like drinking water, dental kit, grooming kit etc was available. Worst experience of any stay i've ever had

Everything was very good starting from service of Make My Trip to service of Hotel Shiv Krupa Residency.

Was full of mosquitos and there was no soap, towel or anything provided. The washrooms were only like a 2x2 square

Booked a single bed in dormitory. The beds seemed to be old and not maintained properly and they didnt provide bedsheet or pillow cover.

No room service, poor aeration, mosquitos but they didn't offer anything, main gate was locked every time so you have to call them to open it and if they didn't respond you have to wait for someone came and open your door, will not recommend anyone to stay there. . Terrible experience. No room service (you have to get your water from there filter by own, didn't ask for cleaning, poor aeration, mosquitos are there but they didn't even give anything, i have to buy by my own, the main gate remain locked all the time, so if you have to go out side you have to call them, if anyone responds then ok, if not then you have to wait or cry for help to passing persons to told them that you need to go out, for a single lady traveller it was scary for the first day that you are almost alone in the hotel and the main gate was locked. So i will never recommend anyone for this hotel. Done.

Rate was higher than expectedly

Dorm is in pathetic condition and facilities are not at all good enough

The dormitory was poorly maintained. The bedding was covered in dust and there weren't even bedsheets over the mattress. The room was poorly lit and ventilated

After reaching Hotel they demand extra amount. They dont have friendly nature with customers

I recommend make my trip. If owner is not int rested to take online booking why is this hotel on online booking. Manager lady is good and only one small boy for service. Owner of the hotel don't have any mannares to talk with guest or even with someone else also. Do not book this hotel for family or night stay. You will get worat feeling after 8 pm in night. You will regrate yourself for booking room in this hotel.
