Washroom and room was very dirty. They didn’t changed that during the place of my stay

Location is good, food we have to make arrangements for our own food but near by many Resturants & streets foods are there, Service il will say was ok

i have stayed with the hotel more than 50 times as my business work is around the area. The hotel is at the perfect location and one reception staff who is a shining light in the hotel. Unfortunately there is a person who is very rude and arrogant, unfortunately he is not fit to work at the reception though I am a regular he made me wait and unfortunately I had to kill time as I reached in the morning at 3:30 am on the 3rd of May and my booking was from 12 noon of the 3rd for 2 nights. I told him I am ready to pay extra but he said you need to pay 2500 for the remaining 8 hours while the website was selling. I told him that the price on the website is low, to which he said then book it online, I said I would do it but the dates have passed and I can't. To which he said then I can't do anything. he made me wait at the reception till morning and when the housekeeping then were having fun communicating with each other saying, the housekeeping told him you had so many rooms and why didn't you give him the room and had a verbal argument with him. This person made sure his owner doesn't earn as it's not his hotel causing loss in revenue. I myself have 4 hotels in Goa but this is the first time I can against such a rude reception, The entire Reception is unprofessional except for Bhavesh. I will again book the hotel as I have limited option and it's at the convenient location. But my only request to the guests is to book online and keep your communication with the reception to the minimum including their manager as they are very unprofessional.

The room we got, flush was not working. The room had a weird smell. While turning on the shower/tap both were turning on at the same time. Blanket was not clean. We were in hurry so we went out and came back in the evening and asked them to change the room, the second room we got was decent but the washbasin was getting clogged. Overall not a good experience for 2 nights

Very nice ... comfortable hotel

Hotel is located far from road and not reachable by car or taxi. Reception staff is not professional and no intercom facility for calling room service. Rooms are ok. Room service staff is good. Such hotel should be removed from list of MakeMyTrip.

The lack of cleanliness, The room floor was wet all the time like seepage and also the walls and inadequate facilities made for a very unsatisfactory stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The stay was not as expected because the photos shown are totally different from the reality.

4. My experience was really good, room was nice & clean, room services was also good, location was also good, food was easily available, i will definitely recommend to others.

-room was clean -door lock was not working properly so that i requested to change the room they denied 2 time after many requests they give us small room without tv facility -charge extra for water bottles

Not worth, no telephone in room, small room, no service price ke hisab se bakwas tha. Itna accha nahi tha ki photo nikale

The room was simple for a night stay. The place was really calm to sleep over night as many hotels in these areas have lots of noise. This is little inside the main road. You have to get down on the main road and walk to the hotel. So good for backpack travelers. Staff were kind enough to let me check out 30 minutes late as they understood that i need time after my marathon run.

The only reason i stay there is because of the location. Front office staff is pathetic and so are their owners
