no clean room, pillow and bedsheet. they will not provide water bottle also.

It is not up to the standard. In room no proper ventilation and surrounding area is not good enough too, one typical bed smell is there in all over hotel including reception, corridor and even in room. No hot water in bathroom. Tv is not working. No intercom provided have to go to reception every time if need anything. Top of these things area is not feasible for taxi or any cab. I couldn't find any taxi from hotel i needed to walk around a km to get on main road for taxi.

Horrible experience. The photos displayed do not match the actual conditions. Seems it is more than 15 year old photos

The staf was good than other small hotels. The staff behaviour is too good than others nd i don't have any problem with hotel. Thnkx

The rooms are small, congested and highly priced. The area where the hotel is located is also dirty.

Property is on a good location, easily located, walkable from masjid statiom. Room & bathroom are clean and properly maintained.

The stay was good. The hotel is clean from inside and the rooms were a little small in size but perfect for two people. And appropriate as it's in mumbai. The pricing i felt was a bit on the higher side. Overall the whole experience was good.

i stayed in that hotel only because of an emergency situation, i would suggest people to not take any hotels in that area,as the area itself is not good. constantly stinking, too much crowd, no hygiene whatsoever. in the hotel, we got hot water in just the first day, there were no hangers to hang clothes, the pillows were so dirty , they had some stains, the blanket was so small , not enough for two people, no personal dustbin on rooms, had to go out again and again to throw things. the view outside the hotel was so gross🤢 and a certain smell use to come through the ac every now and then.

Hotel was value for money and staff was very polite and helpful. I will plan to book again when ever i came to mumbai

Fan was not working, they told they'll repair it or give other room. But they didn't repair the fan nor they have given me other room. It's really bad.

Surrounding area was looking very dirty and feels unsafe to stay there. Passage lobby of hotel was full of storage/logistic item. Looks like we're staying at god-am - warehouse.

Very bad service. They didn't provide water atleast. They take charges for water.

Here i am stay for two days but, housekeeping not clean room any days. Once i am checking room was clean but not hygiene. Toilet was not clean properly. Pillow cover is damage windows don't have cart-ten

Staff is good and supportive. The hotel's ambience is quite cozy. Don't have basic amenities like dustbin, blankets. The rooms are quite compact and cozy. Useful for only those people who are tired and spend the night here and leave next morning. Won't recommend it for couples or families.

Bad experience in my life, it's a goods godown, cockroaches are sleeping with guest in bed, foods are really bad, no tv, i pay for two days but within one day checkout, the pictures are showing in web is totally wrong

Should be more clean & walls should be painted
