Stay was comfortable and hotel took care of basic amenities like hygiene and all. I would recommend this to everyone.

Prime location near to railway station Professional Staff with good service.Clean and neet rooms.

It was good stay

Rooms are not ok. I have booked with one extra bed but extra bed is totally useless. They have given a single mattress and placed it on the floor. Which is totally unhygienic. No proper packed drinking water provided worst hotel i ever stayed in. Manager behaviour is not good. You will not get dental kit, shaving kit. Room size is not good, please don't expect earlier checkin and late check-out. As per staff, buffet breakfast is available in weekdays only

Food was not good. Room was not tidy neat. Basic washroom amenities was missing. Highly un recommended. Ac was not working properly. No parking facilities for the guests for their vehicles. When asked for dental kit in morning the toothbrush provided in room was some other guests used. So pathetic service of this hotel

The stay was good. They upgraded our rooms for free. The rooms were clean and maintained. Hotel is on the queens road. Golden temple and rest of the attractions are nearby and one can reach there within 10-15 mins from hotel by catching a e-rikshaw which roam around in plenty. Overall it was a good stay.

I got a free upgrade, the room was neat and clean and very spacious. The behaviour of the staff was courteous. The best thing about the hotel is its location and price, truly value for money. I am totally satisfied with my stay.

I stay in hotel. But i am not happy for service of this hotel. Rooms quality is not good. If you want to stay that hotel i do not suggest that you will stay there.

Property location is superb as everything is closer to it. Public transport is also available. Room for driver is there so they can rest too. Peaceful stay.

It was a very pleasant here in hotel shiraz castle. From the very start the hotel staffs are very much supportive. Service & food is so on the next level. Very much satisfied with the stay in here.

The stay was pleasant. We stayed for two days. Had checked out in the morning but suddenly after a few hours my father fell sick and had to use the washroom and rest for a while. They were kind enough to allow few hours stay so that his journey was smooth. Did not try food so no feedback on that. Closer to market and temple.

Since we were on only one day trip to amritsar, we checked in around 8 in the evening. Property in one the main road (queen's road) where valet parking is available, as the parking in front of hotel is almost full all the time. This property is well connected with local transport to reach golden temple and nearby tourist places. We took two rooms, which were upgraded by them. Rooms and washrooms were clean, toiletries were provided. This one is a budget hotel and is fair to its pricing. There is already a lot to explore outside in amritsar, so if you want to come here for a short trip, you can book this property.

The stay was superb and excellent service. The food was delicious and yummy. The hotel rooms are precious and neat & clean.
