Review Of HOTEL SAI AMRIT RESIDENCY

Lift was very terrible

Even when rooms are available in the first, second and third floors for which lift facility is available, they allotted room in the fourth floor for which lift facility is not available. Further, the quality of food in their restaurant is very poor. Overall, the experience is very poor

the location is very good around 100 to 200 m from the railway station. The staff was also very nice, however the rooms needed more cleaning, there were stains of gutkha on the lift doors bathrooms need to be more clean.

Walking distance from bhubaneswar railway station. The staff is courteous. The property lacks maintenance. However ac and geyser were we working properly. The room lacks proper linnen, bed cover etc. No tea maker is available. Tea ordered through room service was given in broken cups.

1) location is good as bubs railway station and bus stand is at walking distance. 2) food is good. 3) room is good in size but cleanliness is average. 4) in this budget this is ok.

Not a good behaviour

Rooms are not so classy compared to price, price need to be 1500. Food are ok, need improvement in ambiance

The hotel is in a very good location near to railway station. The negative points witnessed are cockroaches in room and internet connection failed several times. Quiet unhappy with above two issues otherwise rest are fine and

Staying at sai amrit residency was good. The room was clean and spacious. The good thing is, the hotel is very close to the station platform no. 1. Hardly 200 meters. I reached bubs around 1:00 am hence. The staff had opened the gate and gave me a good room on the 1st floor. The room was clean and in good condition. I did not had bf, so can't comment on it

Excellent location very close to railway station. Rooms are quite clean & as per budget. Well maintained bathrooms & room services are very good.

The hotel was average. Room was neat and clean but in the morning there was no water in the wash room even i need to go to the reception to inform them as they were not attending my calls. Faced issue with wifi connection.

The hotel is very convenient to reach from railway station and airport. The hotel staff are polite and cooperative.

Location is perfect for those who wants to access railway station alongside market for short trips. Food was delicious and safety is good also

Coming out from 1 no. Platform of bhubaneswar rail station, at first you have to take left and then right. Hotel will be on the left hand side. 2 mins. From station. Great behavior. Excellent water supply with huge speed. And most important, when you check in your check out time will be that. No pre-time mentioned. Food will not make good taste for bengalies.

I have booked the hotel with complimentary breakfast. While checking out, initially Mr. Umashankar was charging for complimentary breakfast. But, when I said this is complementary, then he just included for only two items (Puri & Upama) for two adults as complementary. Apart from there items, I ordered for tea, milk, bread & omelet for which he charged. My concern is that whatever the items are chargeable they should inform properly. Secondly, my vehicle was in front of hotel to catch the flight immediately, & I asked the hotel boy to keep my luggage and in the meantime, I will clear the dispute with Mr. Umashankar. He strictly instructed his boy to not help him. This type of hotel management should be strictly debarred from MMT. Very poor behavior. Dr. Nihar Patta.
