Review Of Hotel Sagar Vihar

Hi, the room was ok but the fan speed is not good. We are sweating throughout the stay. And the bed is also not good quality. But the bathroom is good.

Location is bad... You Won't get can to reach the hotel though it is close to major spots... The traffic jam stated the reason for denial of cab service. Especially during evenings... You are literally stuck with no option but to pay four times the fare. Literally the hotel charges are not worth the amenities... Unreasonable. No lift. You need to carry your baggage, so it is very inconvenient for elderly. There is actually no service at all to comment on the quality of service... Totally a big no for a family to stay...

The room was very small. Cleaning was not proper. Even they didn't provide towel and soap.

The stay was terrible. Room was not like in the photos given. Not clean, cocroaches there, bad smell.

Very small and dingy room. Unclean corridors and rooms. Bed was too bad. Bathroom wasn't clean. No linen given

Make My Trip my suggestion is that you should remove this hotel from your list. I feel myself location of the hotel is not good it is on the main road side very noisy place and congested.
Hotel staff behavior was very rude people are not helpful. I regret my self that I choose this hotel.

Won't ever recommend anyone to stay there, specially with family. Rooms are very small, didn't even provided beds according to the booking had to sleep on the ground. I request MakeMyTrip to please remove this hotel from their application, this is very disappointing.1

Third class hotel and 1 number cheater staff. Not for family not for single. Just like the gang and specially hotel manager is very cheater. No clean less, no drinking water, no any other hotel facility. No ranking.

Very bad and congested rooms, staff behavior was not friendly. They won't even change bedsheets. No shops were available nearby. Very bad experience. Do not book this hotel unless you visit there.

This is not at all a good experience because after paying 3340/- Rs with makemytrip hotel people said, I had booked dormitory only and they considered 3340/- Rs as my paid amount for room change. Even though it shows 5180/- Rs as booked amount and total room bill is 8340 /- Rs no offer nothing from makemytrip and that too with very bad experience. Next time I will not prefer and I will not to go by makemytrip.

I loved this place to stay with family. I enjoyed a lot and their team is really great. I hope to go there again if I will have any plan to go. I appreciate their hard work and service which they provide to us.
