    The room was clean, and spacious. My stay was very comfortable. The caretaker ramesh was courteous and made really good home made food. The building is in a housing society, surrounded by local shops for utilities so felt safe as a solo traveler.

    First of all shocked to know that washroom is outside the room, which was never mentioned while booking. Breakfast quality was not that great, i had requested for poha and got upma. Rooms are in good condition though.

Let me inform you that the bedsheets are changed on a daily basis. This issue if true was also never esculated with the staff. Breakfast is of course limited . We dont get unlimited brakfast in a cp plan. We assure you that we provide the best of service and maintain cleanliness of our hotel.     I booked for malad property but was allotted goregaon property. My collegue did not want goregaon location so could not use the property since there was no refund option, i could not avoid and felt disappointed
