The room was clean, and spacious. My stay was very comfortable. The caretaker ramesh was courteous and made really good home made food. The building is in a housing society, surrounded by local shops for utilities so felt safe as a solo traveler.

Not a pleasant experi3nce
First of all shocked to know that washroom is outside the room, which was never mentioned while booking. Breakfast quality was not that great, i had requested for poha and got upma. Rooms are in good condition though.

We have a attached bathroom in this room. The breakfast time is fixed and since you had an issue with it, you have made remarks about the breakfast not being good. Poor toilet & wi-fi facility in the room no any seating arrangements as well as small teapoys too. Care taker is good

businessWashroom not clean, same bad sheets and towels use for 3days regular stay, not change, break fast is free but charge is applicable after 1-2 paratha.

This is not the type of review that we like to see, as investigated the washroom was in good condition the cleanliness was perfect. As we found that you found that the bedsheets were not changed. Let me inform you that the bedsheets are changed on a daily basis. This issue if true was also never esculated with the staff. Breakfast is of course limited . We dont get unlimited brakfast in a cp plan. We assure you that we provide the best of service and maintain cleanliness of our hotel. The stay is good, care taker is polite and decent
The stay and rooms are all good but the check out was made in a hurry cause next guests came before time and the caretaker has to rush me out. It was little tough to complete my morning routines.

Host refused to give the property for which i booked
I was relocated to another shabby place, in another locality. And was not informed, only when i called for directions, was i told this.

Regarding food
The food prepared by the caretaker was excellent. Both veg and non veg were simple and excellent. Spevial mention of mr manoj on his preparation.

Wrong location
I booked for goregaon east but got a room in malad east. Since we are moving to mumbai i had to travel continuously between malad & goregaon

Proper t other than booked was allotted
I booked for malad property but was allotted goregaon property. My collegue did not want goregaon location so could not use the property since there was no refund option, i could not avoid and felt disappointed

Life bad experience
Not a hotel, 3BHK flat apartment. No facility like hotel, no breakfast variety, no quality.
