Bedsheets were dirty. Rooms were not clean. Floor had the garbage here and there. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Sofa was broken and we could not sit properly as it was sliding forward when we sit.
Refused GST Invoice by Hotel as well as MMT also very difficult to trace
businessLocation and amenities are Ok but food and service are pathetic. Not reachable on phone because of which I checked in in evening when they called me. Before billing property i called property but no one reverted. I tried on MMT and they said that hotel will provide GST Invoice as well. When I was about to reach I don’t know whom to contact and at which flat no because no one taking calls and in late evening i got a call than I reached property after they refused to give GST invoice and later MMT also refused by saying that this is non GST property.
