No proper WiFi, Room no 107 western toilet door is damaged, Rooms 103 and 107 even after interchange found cockroaches. Staff responded but defects to be rectified for upcoming customers at least.

worst hotel no value for money
cockroaches where roaming in rooms Towel are there everywhere very dirty hotel.room stinks very bad . when told to put refreshers . it smells very bad the staff are ok as they provide you things in rooms

Pleasant
No trouble. Room was clean, staff didn't do unnecessary trouble. Only the steps are little high for some people but it is nothing to worry about.

Terrible Stay
businessPoor in all aspects. Entry of this hotel is only through steep stairs. You need strong knees and height, otherwise you topple during going up anytime. Hotel has no lift. Only steep stairs. Handrail start after 10 steps. I sects in rooms and into your bed. A very bad smell of dampness throughout in our stay observed which was not gone even after applying room freshner. Geysers they have only for showpiece. Check out time is 11 am but they say it actually 10 'o clock sharp. I will advice mmt to remove it from their list of hotels.

Not recommended
Smelly room, dirty bed, bed bugs, unhygenic. Manager told us that they were over booked couldnot give us other room.

Expensive tarrif
According to price the hotel is too expensive, the door is not tightly bolted, hygiene is not maintained, the entrance has a bad smell, the bedroom window is not properly latched and hence security is not ensured.

Average Stay
Room is good..linens are not so clean..toilet sheet not working properly no lift so you have to climb in narrow staircase..we stayed in 4th floor..not suitable for elderly people and people who have ache problems.. if you have train from CST then its a accommodation for you.only 1 km from the hotel.. Taxi charges 50 to 100 rupees..five minutes by taxi 15 minutes by walk.

Poor Stay
1. Pillows were dirty 2. Mattress is hard 3. Staff opened someone elses room for us when we arrived at 2. 30 am i slept with a fear thst they can open mine too. 4. They were aggressively ringing bell in the lobby disturbing everyone 5. Staff was singing song at 8 am in the morning. Very disturbing. Washroom wasnt clean. I have given my review give me disc first

Great place to stay for short periods
businessNice hotel staff. Very accommodative. We went to run the tata mumbai marathon. The staff prepared hot water for drinking at 3:30 am. They also prepared and served coffee at 3:30 am, as a special gesture. Special thanks to the hotel staff.
