Review Of Hotel Sagar Royale

Stay was ok but check in was horrible ...the I checked in around 10:30 pm ..front desk guy was surprised ..how I got booking at lower rate than their usual tarrif and kept me waiting for 15-20 minutes ..and asked to speak to customer care and also handed to phone to speak with his senior...it was totally unacceptable and unnecessary I believe!!!

The rooms are not how it was advertised on mm t and bathroom was not clean. It is unpleasant stay and i prefer mm t should verify before advertising. Location is good and i found it helpful because i had some work at oshb.

Hotel is under renovation. Room size and room condition is very cheap and not worthy of the declared rent. Very uncomfortable as noise is every where and garbages lying here and there inside hotel. Very very bad

Their staff behaviour is up to the mark and also they prepared the food in such a way everyone just love that.

Worst experience ever. Ac water leakage, cockroaches in the room, services are terrible, unhygienic bathrooms, small rooms according to the price we received water after 1 hour of complaining. So terrible experience.

Nice location n food too, service is also good.

Need some improvement, as morning tea, intercom facility etc.

Next am not coming this hotel

We stayed in sagar royal e hotel in a group of 4. The locality is really good. It’s quiet and peaceful. The rooms are neat and the service is quick and kind.
