very terrible very bad experience at two o'clock a.m. location is to terrible this type of hotel they wanted only money not for humanity as per hotel

The room was decent with basic facilities available such as AC, fan, lights, bed, pillow and quilt, hot and cold water

nice clean room and very supportive staff near by station location so you go anywhere easily

From every point of view, you can rate zero to this property. Zero professionalism. No cooperation for gst invoice i took customer care help for this. Zero vibe. Very old and pathetic ambience. The toilet and bedsheet are also very very old and not in good condition. Lift are so horrible stuck-ed every time. The front desk knows only to say 'no. No for blanket no for gst bill no for comb they don't have a single good room as per hotel standard. Entire property required renovation.

that's clean, good room, cool AC, double bed, big room, but bathroom is not good, I was not bath 🚿, Im not happy for that

I stayed in this hotel with my family and it was the worst experience there. The manager and the staff do not behave properly, bathrooms are very poor and not cleaned. they show different photos but in reality it is very worse than the photo.

Unclean rooms and bathrooms. The pictures are misleading. Probably edited to make it look big, clean & spacious. No ventilation.

Area is veer congested as well as too much traffic, rooms and overall hotel is not so good. Washrooms are terrible.

The location is terrible. The road leading to the hotel is totally chaos. The rate of hotel is relatively high, so i thought it as a reasonable place. Mmt should either set some standards, or provide facts on location & other relevant information si that people are not misguided

Worst hotel, ac not working, charging point not working, bathroom too small, room very small, mattress not good, fan sounding like train sound, dark, patches all over wall, we changed 2 rooms hoping to sleep atleast but nothing changed same worst.

Dental kit not available. Food menu was limited and with time there was more limitations. Pillar in middle of the room. Faulty sockets. Sound of next room is clearly audible.

Price is too High as compared to faselity and amenities provided Room are not good condition and hot water facilities not provided

Cleaning is good. We are staying one day with all comfy.

Location is good hygiene is not upto mark not recommended
