The hotel room was not good. It was small and basic thing such as shampoo soap moisturizer were not replaced. Water heater for making tea coffee was not available. No sofa no table no charging point near bed. Staffs were quite good. Advise: check the room properly as per your requirement before checking in

We booked the hotel for the world cup final. While the prices were skyrocketing hotel kells tarif was reasonable. It’s on sg highway, location is perfect, 2 malls and metro station nearby. Front desk manager bhawan singh deserves a shoutout. Absolutely welcoming. Room service, staff behavior were on point. They entertained our late checkout request too. The restaurant serves delicious food and service is quick. Overall a good experience, keep up the great work
