It was the finest experience in dharamshala ever. The property is located at prime location, the ambiance is magnificent. Staff was very polite specially, mr. Ajay rendered the prompt service during our stay. I would recommend to everyone visiting for a leisure trip.

It was ok.

My stay at rv inn was not good. 1. Cleaning of room was not done till evening. 2. Door bell was not working 3. Size of room and bathroom was very small and they showed big . 4. Limited option of breakfast i. E. Poha and a loo paratha or puji sabji and they gave same breakfast continuously for 2 days. They give poha daily 5. When we checked in there was bad smell in room and bathroom. We asked for room freshner and odonil overall experience was not good

It was a good experience but due to rain we could not enjoy much we will go soon to the same destination

Stay was great staff was polite and food was great

We paid almost 3500rs. Per night but it was worth it. Useless tv facility. The only good thing about the room was its balcony view. Bathroom was clean. However, the bed was really uncomfortable. Also, they have kept expired items for making tea. Nobody cared to notice till they were told about it.

Very nice staff behaviour and you get full customer satisfaction and service.

The room service was excellent in terms of speed, taste and delivered without much waiting. And the staff wil take extra care incase u want somethg specific
During these times there were proper sanitation in terms of sanitizer stands being placed and rooms cleaned properly

Hygenine is maintained, overall a nice anand clean hotel

Our stay was made all the better by you deterred attention of Kishore Lal who helped us with our room service requirements. Harish, the receptionist also greatly helped with planning our daily sightseeing visits. All in all, the hotel was beyond our expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and value for money.

Nice location, peaceful area, nice view morning.

It was a fabulous experience. The rooms are well designed and tidy. The balcony is spacious and offers a breathtaking view. Food was excellent. The location is apt for tourists to walk to the mall Road and Bhagsu waterfalls. Rates are a bit high for the room size that is offered.

Lovely room service. Great location. Friendly and very co operative staff. Private parking facility. Newly built neat and tidy luxurious rooms. Washrooms are small but very well built up. Even room size is also small as compared to primer rooms of other hotels. But still, rooms are luxuriously built up. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Rooms are small in size and there was electricity problem.
