The location was great, conveniently close to the lake and town. However, the food was average, and the rent seemed high for the provided facilities.

Everything fine but no proper toiletry items and no heater for room for extreme cold 🥶

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Raindrops. Staff is very cooperative and the location is also good. I would totally recommend this property for family and solo.

Overrated and not worth for money ... very small compact room.. no space to keep your suitcase open it (have to use bed only)... they have 20 rooms but car parking is very small can accommodate 6 to 7 cars only... no covered (roof)passage to reach room.. hardly 2.5 feet walkable space available around bed front side around 3.5 feet.. no handwashing liquid or soap... no sound proof rooms (so couples avoid it) highly not recommended for couples... the same price we can get much better lavish property.., highly not recommended for families with kids.. morning breakfast yummy and tasty (limited options).... located in centre of the city.., preferred for business traveller... very neat and clean.. comfort bed... finally highly priced for these facilities

Booked valley view room, hotel doesn't have any valley view. It is obstructed view of a ground. Staff are reluctant to provide any good service.

Overall experience was good, it was safe and comfortable, i was worried about network but i didn't face any network issues and the environment was clean. Overall i was satisfied and enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, however that is about it. For the price that you pay, it does not seem worth it. Overall the staff were helpful with touring.

liked the property . it is centrally located and easily accessible all tourist spots. only thing need to be improved is room service. they did not fill the soaps and shampoo on day2 . also room is not provided with AC and fan though for kodaikanal weather in December it is not necessary

Prime location and the food, particularly breakfast, sumptuous. Staffs were all professional, stepping in to help wherever they could especially the bro in the kitchen. In the dining room, you are struggling for something, you will always find someone next to you with a smile on their face asking you how to help. Excellent stay it was. Highly recommended.

Hotel rain drop at kodaikanal is an excellent place to stay we had a great experience. Food was amazing. Over the top location was very great easy to access lake and local market

Excellent location, courteous yet professional staff, amazing setup; leaves less to want for. Mr jay, the manager, ashwin the support staff, people from cream centre were the perfect cauldron of everything, for a very good and fun fulled stay. Every attraction at a short distance is what made the stay a pleasant one too. The only drawback seen is for lazy bums who would rather kickback and stay in the hotel itself than enjoy the place fully.
