All good, very near to the bus stop and nearby hotels lots of hotels there

Room check in 1 hour late and toilet poor cott is poor

The staffs are very carring. In few miniutes walk reach the Bus stand. Situated in prime location.

The property is not as per the photos in make my trip. Very rude receptionist. Horrible treatment of customers if you ask about room quality and discord about cancellation. There are better places in Kodaikanal in the same budget. Don’t ever book this.

terrible washroom, no water after one flush in the toilet , tv was not working, bedsheet was dirty and ripped, receptionist was rude.

Stay was okay , but the hotel do not have adequate staffs to cater to your basic demands. Basic necessities like Towels etc had to be demanded multiple times before being given one . And the stay does not have Wi-Fi covering till the rooms. The beds were not properly cleaned and this is not what we expect in a Deluxe room. Initially the staff upgraded our room at zero cost but that doesn’t mean that the basic necessities could be jeopardised. Hope they fix these issues , else the terrace view and other things were good.

Location is near to bus stand that's ok. But amenities and services are not good. stand room is not worth for the room rent. better avoid this residency.

I had a wonderful stay at jayaraj residency, where everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, well-equipped room made the experience exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities, including 24/7 hot water, added to the convenience. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all kodaikanalbus stand, making it easy to explore the area. What stood out the most was the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and i highly recommend jayaraj residency to anyone visiting kodaikanal.

Located in bazaar street. Walkable distance from kodaikanal bus stand. Neatly maintained. Staff are cordial with guests.

Rooms are clean. Reception is good. But heater is problematic in the morning hours. Parking is not available. Location is in one-way road in sloping

Upgraded to deluxe rooms for free. Beautiful rooms with a good view of the mountains.
