The place was cozy, the owner was super friendly and more over as the room was in heart of the city all the tourist spots were easily accessible

Property's location was easily accessible. Well cleaned rooms. Hot beverages and snacks are available on demand (payable. Only thing is that rooms are near to road side and there are other stays near by so you can't expect a complete calm and quiet environment.

This stay is good choice for low budget family trip. Room is near and well maintained. Room water heater is work properly. Room service was good, if u come with your own vehicle parking also here, otherwise u choose taxi from the bus stand.

Room wasn't as it's shown in the picture. And bed wasn't comfortable. Cottage wasn't well maintainer

Property was well maintained clean with necessary basic facilities were provided. But there is no space for campfire nor the property does not have compound or space outside the main door.

It was a pleasant stay in a compact 2 bhk cottage. Every facilities were available. The owner and the helper were very cool and kind.

Too many cockroaches in the room. Went out for some time and they had infested our shoes and bags. After lots of arguments, the owner then allotted us a new room, it still had some cockroaches and on top of that the heater was not working. The manager was responsive but was clearly not handling maintenance properly

This place is in near proximity from kodaikanal town its an calm and quiet place to spend time with your family if you looking for an affordable stay at near to kodaikanal town i highly recommend this

Awesome stay and good homely food

The property is situated at a very prime location from the city centre. The host there is very polite and helping. Will definitely recommend to the people travel-ling in 5-6 people group or family of 5-6 people.
