I recently stayed at Hotel Rahil Ilawart, Prayagraj, and my experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we faced communication issues as one of the contact numbers provided was not working. We had been trying to call 10 days in advance to confirm the hotel's exact address, but this inconvenience made it difficult. Upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that there would be no complimentary breakfast simply . This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt unfair. Our first night was extremely uncomfortable as we couldn’t sleep properly due to a mosquito problem in the room. Additionally, there was a clear shortage of staff, which resulted in extremely slow restaurant service, making our dining experience frustrating. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve their services.

The stay was really good. All the staff members & Reception Managers were helpful & cooperative. Cleanliness should be looked upon though. The food is of good quality but expensive.

The place is under construction. soo many mosquitoes . washroom door was broken in both rooms. so much price service could be much better as per that price

Hotel was under renovation from front. Room was dirty and unhygienic. Ambience not good. Not value to money. They do not give a single water bottle also.

The toilets are very very old , with very easy to mist without proper ventilation. Next to bus stand and curtains are not in tact to stop the lights . Sound from buses are terrible and won’t allow you to sleep . Property under renovation with heavy construction. Not fit to host any guests

Pathetic both room and behavior while giving feedback of same at reception. These guys were not open for any feedback

Not good nalon ki totiyan tight hain. Garam pani thee k se nhi milta. Pani tapkne se pani ki barbadi bhi hoti hai. Chote chote bhunge auro machhar baht hain.

Provision of dental kits, shaving kits, tea kits etc & hot water jug for making hot water facility is not provided.

Location is good, but poor maintenance of rooms/bathroom. Room service is poor. Not a value for money stay.

The location is excellent. Its in heart of civil lines. Food was good. But keep up executive room was poor. They are using the same bed mattress and blanket which i used in dc 2010 when i stayed in that room. Taps were partially blocked. And so on. Parking spaces are abundant. Reception is quite impressive. But never construction work is a constant headache to the trevellar.

The girst room where i checked in. Was not as shown the query was not solved by the hotel 5th time the heater was changed and i called support and they also failed to support i asked and requested the hotel to change the room the experience was very poor

The basic amenities like water bottles were not provided. Bathroom was stinking badly. Kettle was also missing from the room and when we requested for warm water, i had to follow up multiples times and it took 3 hours to get a jug of warm water from the kitchen.

It was excellent. All were very cooperative. food was hygiene. No flies, no mosquito. Water ro. Easy booking.

It was worthless in all respect. No cleanliness. No hygiene. An old air conditioner widow was there bathroom shutters were not working properly.

Door locks not well. No remote for ac. Flush not spot free. So over all room is not according to price wise. This quality we get in dharam shalas.

Rooms where dirty. It was just like goverment quaters and service was also not good.
