I recently stayed at Hotel Rahil Ilawart, Prayagraj, and my experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we faced communication issues as one of the contact numbers provided was not working. We had been trying to call 10 days in advance to confirm the hotel's exact address, but this inconvenience made it difficult. Upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that there would be no complimentary breakfast simply . This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt unfair. Our first night was extremely uncomfortable as we couldn’t sleep properly due to a mosquito problem in the room. Additionally, there was a clear shortage of staff, which resulted in extremely slow restaurant service, making our dining experience frustrating. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve their services.
