hotel rooms were reasonably good though not much spacious. Food was amazingly good . Staff was very polite and courteous

Location is excellent food quality is excellent. Room's are good.

Rooms were unclean. Though we reach late, check in was not smooth. For Double room only one towel was given. we had backup, so we can manage. Cleanless was very poor. Bathroom drainage was problem.

The property is in a good location, but room service is poor. They do not provide any type of hand wash in wath room and drinkable water.

No One helpful staff there. Also unprofessional staff. Not provided breakfast only provide tea & breads. I requested to other people don’t book this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, however it is very dirty and has lots of hygiene issues. o have gone through following issues. No baggage assistance upon arrival even though my wife approched the desk and ask for help. when I asked them second time after the registration one staff member delivered partial luggage in one room. after waiting for 30 min I went down to reception to check my bags, they were left unattended without any staff at the front door while all the staff were sitting in restaurant next door. the coordinator was full of dust build up for weeks and cleaning was not done properly. The rooms were filthy and full of bugs and mosquito. The restaurant served us dosa made of instant better and it was full of bugs as well. The breakfast menu had a about 7 options but the staff kept pushing to order Puri bhaji to save time. we asked for a clean towel, they collected the dirty towel at 4:30 pm and didn't deliver clean towel until 8:30 pm. I have to go down to reception to remind them to deliver it immediately. The dirty plates were left in the corridor for more than 24 hours while staff were sitting on the staircase on level 1. I was looking for a mangere for three days but every time I went to reception o have found some sitting on desk. The helpful person in hotel is Avdhesh Mishra, he knew what is hospitality and how to keep guest happy.

Rooms were very small . In bathroom water was leaking. , food was expensive. Service was good .location was good

We came to know about this hotel in MakeMyTrip app, location is very near to Sangam and other important places in Prayagraj, hotel is also. Very neat and clean with very good hospitality from staff. Overall excellent choice to stay in prayagraj. Regards Karanam Ramesh

The property is in a good location. The sangam ghat is approx 3 kms and prayagraj chowki railway station is 7 kms but it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Every basic facility is available. Sangam can be easily reached by auto.

Very rude behaviour. They are not provided anything. In the name of complimentary breakfast they give you only puri bhaji or poha.

it was a very pleasant experience the location was perfect n there was lift which helped senior citizen

I have included breakfast in my stay. They provide only one item per person. You cant select a second one as part of breakfast inclusion. They provide only tea in breakfast and we need to pay if we ask for coffee. We waited for 45 min to get a plate of poori. Terrible.

Food is not good restaurant staff behavior not got but hotel staff behavior is good and coperativ

Our package was included breakfast and dinner but they refused to serve us Breakfast.They also collected rs.600/- from us. Service was very poor.
