Citylights Inn - Near Sangam

I have included breakfast in my stay. They provide only one item per person. You cant select a second one as part of breakfast inclusion. They provide only tea in breakfast and we need to pay if we ask for coffee. We waited for 45 min to get a plate of poori. Terrible.

Food is not good restaurant staff behavior not got but hotel staff behavior is good and coperativ

Our package was included breakfast and dinner but they refused to serve us Breakfast.They also collected rs.600/- from us. Service was very poor.

Washroom is so small in size, room size is ok ok.

Friendly Staff Shines Amidst Cleanliness Concerns Our recent day stay at this hotel presented a mixed bag of experiences. While the warmth and dedication of the staff were truly commendable, certain aspects of the room left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff impressed us with their friendly and well-mannered demeanor. Their hospitality was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, despite the challenges. Their efforts were a definite highlight and made a significant positive impact on our visit. However, the room itself fell short of expectations. The room size was notably smaller than anticipated, and cleanliness was a recurring issue. We found the bed sheets to be unclean, and the toilet, in addition to being quite small, also lacked proper cleanliness. These aspects unfortunately detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. In summary, if friendly and accommodating staff are your top priority, this hotel delivers. However, be prepared for potentially smaller rooms and a need for improvement in the cleanliness department.

No complimentary Water bottles provided on 2nd day. Breakfast had limited choice. Extra charges had to pay for room upgrade which was too costly comparing rates.

bathroom water very stincky smell like a dead animal even we can't brush teeth there rooms are too small

stay is comfortable. location is on side of road. Room amenity is good.Attitude of staff and manager is good and co operative. AC and Geyser is in operational working condition. Restaurant is very good. Rate of hotel stay is reasonably cheap. Deserves 9/10 points.

Whole night light is not available. Staff didn’t receive call nor gave any solution to cut light. Back up was not available

It's totally bad not cleane staffs behaviour is not good not couples friendly and they. Have transgender in reception totally bad experience

Property food was good but very much costly in comparison from out side market, location was very nice, some services were not good, like they had missed towel inside the bathroom, hot water provided in summer season and intercom was not working but other services were good like, room cleaning, AC, lift etc

Rooms are neat, staff is friendly and helpful. overall the stay was pleasant . it's near to sangham and the shakthi peeth.

Some services were good or some not, like towal was missed, normal water was not available for bathing, i had to use very hot water in hot whether, there were some careless service. I checked out now
