Nirvana Inn located in a posh locality of Civil Lines and a new Hotel of Medium Range. It provides all basic amenities needed for short stay.

Great experience. Clean rooms, great staff behaviour. Stay experience was also great and no issues reported.

The stay was good The hotel room was neat and clean but the food service was very delayed. I ordered dinner at 7:30pm but they delivered approx 9:30pm after so many reminders and follow-up. The same thing happened at breakfast also we ordered approx 7:15am and after so my reminders they did not deliver breakfast and we checkout 8:30am without done our breakfast and morning tea. it's a big disappointment in terms of food. dinner quality is also upto mark. also we book room with breakfast including but service not given by hotel. they ch

It was not like hotel. It was little unprofessional . Food quality not good. Room 401 is quite big and nice but outside of this room workers of hotel are lying half nude. Bathing and sleeping

Hotel is good to stay, along with parking space, nearby from Main road connecting CIVIL LINES & LUCKNOW SERVICE IS DELAYED BREAKFAST IS IN ROOM SERVICE

My experience at Nirvana inn was amazing the hotel was clean and hygenic the staff were really helpful and courteous they upgraded me to deluxe room though i had booked a standard room without any extra charges also the room service was great and the food was tasty home like and affordable highly recommend this place for staying purpose.

since it is new, rooms are ok. however, service is very poor. they need to work hard to bring the service to acceptable level. parking is an issue.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city. It's a prime location. But the services was not prompt and we had to make the request again and again but very little attention was paid to our demands. The staff is not supportive.

it was a nice and pleasant stay, only weak point was that the kitchen was not operative. Rooms were neat and clean quick and obliged service

stay was not good at all. I bookeda suit for 3 people which was their highest paying room . But due to some lock issue we did not get that room and have to adjust in one bed . that was waste of money .
