Location is very good. Facility is new and so good. Service is 5 star. However I find food expensive. Food prices should be about 25% less. Wheel chair access needs improvement. It is very steep and so risky. It also takes long time and blocks other guest to get in or out of car.

Room was clean. The bathroom was clean but the sliding door would not close easily. The glass separator of bath area and the rest of the bathroom should have been fully enclosed using glass sliding door as the bathroom would get fully wet after a bath. The breakfast was a disappointment. Both service and taste of items were below expectations

Poor Stay

Very bad experience 1) Dining- they didn’t serve my order for more than 1 hr and food manager was rude and chef just ignored. 2) There was no bar . Don’t know why but they didn’t mention it anywhere on website or booking platform. 3) Menucard was having lot of spelling mistakes. 4) no hot water. Had to call the concerned person and wait for 1 hour 5) T V was not showing India Pakistan match. 6) Breakfast was average nothing of 5 star quality.

Radisson hotel Prayagraj: Property is located in a posh location in Prayagraj Civil Lines area. Railway station is not very far. The rooms are big, neat & clean and all modern amenities are available, except a hair drier which was expected. The breakfast was very nice with many different food choices. The staffs was very helpful and polite. The swimming pool was non operational due to maybe some maintenance work which was informed at the time of check in. Overall a nice experience and would definitely recommend.
