I stayed there during Kumbhmela, and of course it was overpriced. But considering it’s OYO property, I expected it to be at least decent. But it was not at all worth it.

There was no parking lot so I was unable to park my car . Hotel owner refuse to help me for parking and said that park your car anywhere then come to the hotel we can not provide parking so I didn’t not go for check in and I loss of my booking amount because of parking issue

The hotel’s staff were well mannered but the cleanliness was not up to the mark.

Rooms and washrooms are very small. The drainage in washrooms were not proper and water was stuck stagnant in washrooms. Bedsheets and comforters were dirty with lot of stains. The place needs better maintenance and cleanliness.

Every thing was just good. I really loved my stay. The staff was very cooperative. Food was also good beyond my expectations.

Location was good, so we can access outside food and other vendors but the hotel itself is not that good from room perspective, dirty and no towel available also bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty. TV was not working I have to call for help each time I need to watch something.

I easily found the room on Google Maps. The room was clean. The staff behavior was good. The only issue was that the room size was a bit smaller than what was shown in the photos, but it's okay considering the rate we got, especially during the Kumbh Mela. The food was a bit expensive.

Let me start with the cost first. Due to kumbhmela, the cost of the hotel was much higher than it deserved. (on normal days, it doesn't deserve more than 1. 5-2k. The place in reality is different from the photos. Rooms etc. Are more or less clean, but they could have done a better job at it. Same goes for washrooms. Towels had stains as well.

Stay: 3/5 cleanliness : 2/5 safety: 3/5 staff: 3/5 ameneties: 3/5 in conclusion i will rank average, good for 2-3 days stay with some sort of adjustments. Also price are comparative ly on higher side as per the services

Thanks for the early check-in but the room was very dirty, there were cockroach running here and there. room is very tiny and so is the bathroom. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. bathroom size so small that only one person can stand at a time. electric wires were hanging from walls. circuit board was hanging outside the casing. if you are not very careful you will get electric shock. There was renovation work going on in the adjacent room. they were working even till 1 am in the night made very difficult to sleep. I had to convince them to stop the work so that I can sleep properly. the staff didn't care about customer experience at all. the kind of service they gave was equivalent to the room I would get if I pay only 1/5 of the actual payment. I don't know how OYO is surviving his business as I always got the similar poor experience whenever I had chosen OYO linked hotels. Location is good. Rooms are bit small. Cleanliness of rooms are ok but sheets and blankets are not very clean. Towels were old and having holes, after pursuing with manager, towels were changed. Staff are good. Overall an average stay.

The photos don't match the actual size of the rooms. The bathroom was too small and unhygienic. One of the rooms had a damp smell as it has not been opened for ages.

Specially foods was delicious and location was good, staff behavior was also good overall it was great.
