Very bad place for family to stay, rooms were unclean, cigarette smell in every room. Bedsheets looked like it had not been changed in ages. Wanted to cancel my booking but it was non refundable. Did not stay at the property. booked somewhere on my own. Pathetic experience with Make my trip team. They put the entire blame on the customer for booking the place and they do not take responsibility for tying up with such a place. I wud recommend visit the hotels before you book rooms. And I never go for non refundable deals. The pictures of the rooms and reviews may be amazing but the property might turn out to be shitty. And another recommendation is to stop booking tickets from such platforms who don't value their customers

It was A horrible experience with this booking and no help from MMT I was left the Hotel after 5 minutes of Check in. The room was very dirty Bed was broken They provide me Non AC Room ( Ac was installed but not working) TV also not working Washroom was very dirty and not clean Linen very dirty Stain showing on the linen Door lock was broken for many rooms ( it may be happen by police raid) Staff was very Unprofessional And sent a mail for refund my full amount
