HOTEL AKASH GANGA

A great choice for a business stay in Prayagraj, this small hotel is clean, neat, and offers excellent comfort. It's perfectly located near the railway station, Civil Lines area, India Coffee House, and Gloria Church, making it convenient for both work and leisure. Great value for money!

there was no food service available. Room was very small. Main door and bathroom door were making lot of noise while opening and closing. No electric kettle was provided. intercom was defective.

Pathetic , door locks not working, no hot water , congested rooms , staff not helping an iota regarding Kumbh... make hay while sunshines....may God help them if they may sustain next 2 months

No mirror . No towels and soap provided . Only when demanded they provide it . The room is not cleaned everyday in my three day stay no room cleaning or bed sheet change .No breakfast or food facilities or tea sachets or kettle provided .For the price charged the rooms are not worth as no amenities provided . Inefficient service staff .Hotel has no experience of hotel management. No cable connection only YouTube available. No AC remote provided.AC operates directly at 16 degree.

newly build 20 rooms hotel. very small room . no in-house tea , coffee. no restaurant or dining facility.

Clean room with all basic amenities. Clean bedding. Higher room rates when compared to similar set-up elsewhere

There was no provision to get warm water, to make black coffee, though gieser luckily was working, no room service, not even bathing towel was given, I had to fight and ask for bathing towel, A/C remote was not given, restricted from use, and makemytrip charged 6000 rupees plus. it's a desperate situation, but everyone is fooling around and making huge money by the gullible users taking them for granted.

stayed for 2 nights. very average hotel charging very high rates. small room where only a bed can be placed & hardly any space to walk around. no facilities like hot water, tea etc. for food u have to go out & hunt for the same as there is hardly any place around where u can have breakfast etc. overall - this hotel is skimming tourists.

Not worth the money paid but very good location as per nearby facilities and approach close to city attractions too

Complaint Review: Disappointing Stay at Hotel Akash Ganga I recently stayed at Hotel Akash Ganga and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite paying exorbitant charges, the hotel provided bare minimum facilities—no tea, no warm drinking water, and overall poor service. The stay was far from the value I expected for the price paid. hotels that lack even basic amenities. Would not recommend this hotel, and I’m highly disappointed.

Hotel is new, many facilities under construction, rooms are small, for food & tea-coffee have to go out

The hotel is not worth the price that they have charged. Dirty toilet and very small suffocating rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Very cheap category hotel. We don’t had choice because of mahakumbh.

New property but badly maintained, they never wash or clean the bathrooms. They dont provide any basic facilities like bathroom tissue roll or hot water kettle in the room. No value for the money charged. They dont have a restaurant or can get coffee or tea
