They didn't provide toiletries, staff's behaviour was so rude to tolerate. The lady at reception seemed too rude to talk. We were calling at night for water but they're not responding. We tried 5-6 calls then a staff member responded what if there was any case of emergency, that was very unprofessional and careless behaviour. At a positive point the location was good, the room and bathroom were clean. They must improve their service quality and should train their staff members.

I booked a deluxe room; however, the room was very small with no ventilation at all. Additionally, it was extremely dirty with stained bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets – even mosquito stains. The carpet in the room had a lot of dust, making the entire room dusty and stuffy.

Size of the room wasn't according to the price, as the room was small and the price wasn't worth of it.

Properly located in a very convenient location, market and good restaurants are around and it has close access to the popular landmarks however rooms are too small not properly ventilated. Room service wasn't good enough. Ball boy was little lazy and was expecting some tip without doing anything good enough. Washroom was clean. Overall experience was pretty average.

Not up to the mark, should definitely avoid if traveling with family. The staff is also not very friendly or professional.

Not satisfactory vise a vise charges for stay! practice experience is totally different. This is not more than a normal guest house. We would have got a 3 star hotel in the charges we paid for this pathetic stay. Not recommended for the benefit of other guests.

The staff of the hotel are supportive and cooperative. Rooms are few short comparatively to charge. Bathroom is too good, higin and spacious all over good for stay short time

Room lock wasn't working properly. . I asked to lock my room they said submit the key they will do it but when i came back at night it wasn't locked at all. Basically my room was open all day with my belongings and valuables lying with risk of getting stolen. . Room was neat and clean but as compared to price it wasn't specious at all. Location of the hotel is good near to bus stop and railway station in a prime location in civil lines. .

The hotel is situated in the market of civil lines, it is situated in a congestion area so parking is difficult. Rooms are made new so you can say ok ok.

Location is not good. Cleaning is good but parking and entry point is bad. Services are average. The receptionist is not co-operative in nature. Hotel is less value for money. Thanks

The location is heart of city in civil lines, hotel construction is new and rates are reasonable. The staff is polite and helping.
