Property is good room size is big everything is working great , reception staff is ok but he tried to us for extra bed for which we have already paid I asked sorry for that once we proved it then he gave extra hours for check out Ground floor Haldiram outlet is there this hotel have tie up with them for complement breakfast for which there menu is good and food also tasty Everything is fine including location

Caretaker was very helping. Property interior very nice. Nice restaurant just below the property.....

The staff are very helpful and visit it It is one of the best hotels I think for if you are travelling

All amenities were provided. Food quality is excellent and prompt service. Neat and clean room and washrooms

The room was good, and the receptionist was professional. Due to a construction service happening, there was a little noise in the day but apart from that no issues.

The stay was Decent! Room was Clean. For Food you can either order in the room with an extra fee or save it by going down in Halidram Bhujiawala. Services are decent.

many necessary facilities were missing like fridge, toiletries, towels. Also the room design was below standard, the food was not good at all , the price should be lowered compared to the service they are offering

We stayed at the hotel for 2 full days. unapologetic behaviour of staff towards the guests. Check in time was 12:00 pm but room was handed over at 2:30 pm, we had to ask several times for basic amenities like towels and dental kits. Rooms were clean but washroom was pathetic. Lift doesn’t work properly and the hotel is on 2nd floor. We ordered tea in the room and the waiter came with cups covered with dirty tray and asked to pay on the spot. We sort of gave up on the hotel within 4-5 hrs as it became clear that their service was disingenuous, called reception and room service at 8:00 am in the morning but no one picked the call and when asked for the reason they leisurely replied that no one comes before 8:30am. Wonder how people have rated the property above 4. It isn’t even worth to give a single star rating.

Clean and good property in good pricing.. other things as so so..

There are lot of power issues. The stay was decent. However the towels provided were already moist which looked liked used and not cleaned yet

The hospitality was extremely disappointing. There was no proper parking facility, and we had to repeatedly request room cleaning. The staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming — overall, the experience felt more like staying in a basic Dharamshala than a hotel.
