many necessary facilities were missing like fridge, toiletries, towels. Also the room design was below standard, the food was not good at all , the price should be lowered compared to the service they are offering

We stayed at the hotel for 2 full days. unapologetic behaviour of staff towards the guests. Check in time was 12:00 pm but room was handed over at 2:30 pm, we had to ask several times for basic amenities like towels and dental kits. Rooms were clean but washroom was pathetic. Lift doesn’t work properly and the hotel is on 2nd floor. We ordered tea in the room and the waiter came with cups covered with dirty tray and asked to pay on the spot. We sort of gave up on the hotel within 4-5 hrs as it became clear that their service was disingenuous, called reception and room service at 8:00 am in the morning but no one picked the call and when asked for the reason they leisurely replied that no one comes before 8:30am. Wonder how people have rated the property above 4. It isn’t even worth to give a single star rating.

Clean and good property in good pricing.. other things as so so..

There are lot of power issues. The stay was decent. However the towels provided were already moist which looked liked used and not cleaned yet

The hospitality was extremely disappointing. There was no proper parking facility, and we had to repeatedly request room cleaning. The staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming — overall, the experience felt more like staying in a basic Dharamshala than a hotel.

Very clean and affordable hotel. Location is prime so you get everything by walk or Eauto. Owner is very polite and the staffs are friendly too.

The hotel is in a prime location, which made it super convenient to get around. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The stay was really comfortable throughout. The staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Another bonus — there’s a Haldiram Bhujiawala outlet right downstairs, so grabbing a quick bite was never a problem. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I stayed here for 2 days, all the staff are very good, this is the best hotel for couples, families and all people. This hotel is new, its view is very good, i recommend it to you all as well, you all will not have any regrets, the hotel is value for money, the behaviour of the staff is very good and very supportive and their is also a restaurant in ground floor.

Hotel is good newly built but room service is not their.parking is not available.you have to carry you luggage self. they are operating hotel with single man power.they have changed Rs 500 per night for extra person but the room is booked for 3 persons.
